You get what you pay for
I’ve been using an ergonomic keyboard and mouse for years and this is as comfortable as any I’ve used previously. The keyboard is very plastic and not the best I’ve ever had but you get what you pay for and it does the job. Disappointingly, and as stated by other reviewers, the USB receiver for the mouse was missing; fortunately it works with the one from my old mouse so I’m able to use it anyway and it is comfy. If you can afford it, it’s worth spending a little more on a better quality product but otherwise it’s fit for purpose.

Very good, competitive price, fixed my wrist pain
Had wrist pain at work, my boss being health and safety manager suggested this type of mouse and keyboard, and genuinely, it’s weird when you first use it, but my wrists feel like they have less strain and the pain has gone.It’s very responsive, no issues, no lag, super good, I do recommend……. It’s just 50 quid for a keyboard, but the price is competitive, I just begrudge 50 quid for a keyboard.

Comfortable but failing after 16 months
As far as comfort is concerned, the product is very good. The buttons on both the keyboard and mouse have very good feedback. The mouse wheel is a bit soft but the keyboard wheel is much more tactile. The battery life is also very good. Changing batteries only 1-2 times a year.The only issue is after 16 months the wheels on both the mouse and the keyboard are starting to fail. Iâll scroll down, and the screen will jump about as it canât tell which direction I am scrolling in. I bought it for office hours so have used pretty consistently Mon-Fri 8am-5pm. So itâs had good regular use.For the price itâs a good unit, but if the standard life span is a year – 1.5 years itâs worth considering if the price is good value for it. Iâd have liked to get 2-3 years out of it.

Always twitchy, broke in 7 months
This device never seemed to form a stable connection with my laptop when it was plugged into my hub, only when it was plugged directly in to the laptop. After about 6 months the connection between the mouse and the receiver became increasingly flaky. The my keyboard topped connecting after 7 months and I realised that the receiver had become broken when removing it from its little ‘transport for storage’ place in the hub. Turns out it was not robust enough to be stored in the mouse. The whole thing is useless now.Wish I had bought from a shop as Amazon makes it very difficult to return broken things.

Overall the quality of the keyboard and mouse is poor. It feels lightweight and isn’t satisfying to use. The battery life is also poor; my previous wireless mouse and keyboard set lasted years, whereas this one lasted less than 6 months.Other than the poor battery life and cheap feel to it, the mouse is fine. I personally like upright mice though I know most of my colleagues don’t. It could benefit from customisable buttons, but overall it’s OK.The keyboard is awful. In particular the bottom left area of keys are not ergonomic at all. They are too small and cramp up the hand to use them. They are just positioned badly. My previous ergonomic keyboard set never had this issue. The keys are also beginning to stick after only 6 months.I’m now hoping it breaks so I can justify to the other half buying a new keyboard/mouse set.
