You will need to scan the QR code on the box to activate the watch before downloading all of the apps you want which isn’t a 5minute task….it’s taken me hours to set this watch up….but got it all working now and it’s great….monitors everything including your breathing and heartbeats and calories steps etc let’s you.know when your BP is up or down just don’t switch it off or you will be right back to where you started with the QR code again but the rest will be as tired in the memory….

Extremely inaccurate watch. Doesnât track anything accurately, sleep is the worse one I donât know how it can get the sleep so badly wrong. Just buy the better watch if itâs to track steps or sleep.
