Nice thin, optically clear glass protector with a very strong adhesive – I wish these had existed years ago, it could have saved so many cameras. Good stuff – I am ordering the other size for my G7X mk II.

Sono filtri ultra trasparenti realizzati bene nonostante qualche dubbio sull’effettiva durezza dichiarata di 9H, scarsa la presa adesiva presente solo sul bordo esterno per un solo mm, dubito possa rimanere attaccata all’obbiettivo per molto tempo. Non modifica la ripresa fotografica/video.Costo d’acquisto di 14,99 ⬠per la fornitura di due esigue pellicole, abbastanza eccessivo…

Hallo… auf die SONY RX100 VII (und damit auch auf zumindest die VI-er).Zuerst überlegen: jedem muà bewuÃt sein, dass die Glasscheibe immer “offen”/”frei” also ungeschützt auf dem Objektiv sitzt – also eben nicht wie bei den DSLR-Objektiven, wo man einen Schutzfilter aufschraubt und dann doch wieder der Plastikdeckel aufsetzt, der auch den Filter schützt. D.h. also hier in diesem Fall, die Glaslinse muss oft von Staub und Dreck befreit werden. Dafür schützt sie aber den vorderen Objektiv-Vorhang und letztendlich vermeidet man, dass eben Staub/Dreck auf der Frontlinse landet.Säubern (Material ist in der Packung) – sowohl die Fronfläche wie auch das Objektiv (falls notwendig). Dann Objektiv ausfahren und dann erst das Schutzglas auspacken und aufkleben. Der Durchmesser entspricht exakt dem dem Durchmesser des Objektivs im ausgefahrenen Zustand.Hinweis: Das Glas hat oben und unten eine schwarze Fläche, ähnlich der Frontfläche. D.h. die Objektivbeschriftung verschwindet hinter dieser schwarzen Fläche. Das mag optisch noch Spiegelungen vermeiden.Optisch kann ich jetzt keine Nachteile finden, habe aber keinen A-B-Vergleich gemacht.Also, wer sein Frontlinse bzw. den vorderen Objektivvorhang schützen will ist hiermit gut bedient. Aber bedenken: putzen, putzen, putzen.GruÃ, Rounder6Es sieht durch den ganz leichten violetten Schatten (nicht optisch relevant) so aus, als wäre die Glasscheibe sogar leicht vergütet.

I recall seeing these clear glass lens protectors years ago but they were difficult to get and expensive compared to standard UV filters. These protectors are good idea considering many of these premium compact cameras are quite expensive and have no ability to mount a filter or lens hood for protection. This 37mm filter fit over my Sony RX100 IV just fine without obstructing the lens. The filter is smaller than diameter of the inner barrel, which also means it cuts off the Zeiss label and lens details. The adhesive is only on the outer ring of the filter so I hope it’s secure enough to not come off when placing and removing the camera from my bag or pocket. You may want to press down firmly to ensure good adhesion and remember to clean your lens before installing filter. I found alignment was easier with the camera on and lens extended. So far, I don’t noticed any image quality degradation with the filter on.
