Blissful relief!
Menopause has been a bummer. Have been through so many natural options to combat night sweats and nothing has worked until I found this cooling mat. I put it in the fridge during the day and then slip it in my pillow case for the night. Ever since I have used it I have slept through the night untroubled by night sweats. After months of not sleeping well this is utter bliss. Only cons for which I have docked one star are – itâs a little hard so takes a bit of getting used to – itâs quite heavy so slips down the pillow – it doesnât stay cool the whole night but is better than the smaller versions which only stay cool for an hour or so. Thoroughly recommend

Why so heavy?
This is awful! Worst night sleep in a long time. Itâs really heavy and literally just keeps sliding off/under the pillow (tried it both inside the pillowcase and on top of the pillow) Itâs lovely and cool when you first lie on it but soon warms up with your body heat and then just stays warm. Iâve had cheaper versions in the past that have been really good and thought Iâd treat myself to a branded one – donât waste your money.

Lovely and cool
Lovely and cool but too small for a pillow case on its own and it does loose its coolness over time so if you put it in the case with the pillow you can’t turn it over.

Disappointed with this. Nice size, but nowhere near as cool as previous gel pillows I have purchased.

I one of these before, with couple of strips of double sided tape, they stay in place and are great actually.BUTI ordered another and it arrived mouldy.Sent it back.Replacement was mouldy.Sent it back.3rd replacement was mouldy.Reported to amazon, they said they would suspend sales until it’s sorted, wait 5 days and order again.Ordered another one, arrived mouldy.AVOID.
