It’s RAM and it works. It’s got some serious bright LEDs. If you like RAM and LEDS then this will probably work for you if your board takes it.

Can’t ask for more! Much higher quality lighting than my older Trident Z ram sticks, that’s nice, and XMP works no prob on my Z790 Strix Gaming-E 13900k build.
