I had the TPMS ligh on the dash and went to my local tyre shop who could tell me to replace the sensors but couldn’t supply the new ones. I went back to have these fitted and they seemed to work as the warning light went off. After driving for about 20 minutes, the light was back on with a message saying “ tyre pressure service required”. After a quick google search, it turns out the sensors need a training tool in order to work properly. I got a tool specifically for Fords for about £13, used the training procedure that I found on YouTube and bingo, TMPS light gone!They are a good product but I did need the additional tool to make them work properly, so factor that cost in when buying. It would be better if the seller made this clear in the product description.

THEY WORK.
I Was skeptical; for this price, surely they would need extra work. They were quick to Deliver, and I fitted them when my Fiesta Ecoboost’s tires were changed.Some of the prices I had been quoted were double this price for 1 unit this was £35 for all 4.Maybe the batteries won’t last as long as genuine Ford ones, but for the price, if I get 3 or 4 years out of them it’s a great Deal.The pleasant shock when you switch on the ignition and all the TPMS alarms disappear was great.WELL DONE.

Couldn’t get them to work…..

These are for my new summer tires, obviously not in use yet. Markings on these are original Ford,and the price was really sensible. Good purchase when they allso function, means no dead batteriesand the car accepts them. Will be seen.

Dopo che il gommista mi ha chiesto 220 euro per cambiare tutti e 4 i sensori, ho deciso di rischiare l’acquisto su Amazon incoraggiato anche dalle recensioni positive. Devo dire che sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso, prima di tutto ho verificato che i sensori sono ESATTAMENTE uguali a quelli di fabbrica che erano ormai fuori uso, altra caratteristica è che non c’è stato bisogno di nulla: dopo averli montati e fatto il reset sulle impostazioni del veicolo, hanno immediatamente fuzionato senza bisogno di altri interventi. Ultima nota positiva il costo dell’operazione: oltre il prezzo di acquisto, ho speso 30 euro per la loro installazione. Risultato: 80 euro invece di 220 preventivati dal gommista. Fortemente consigliati.
