I wont say what others have stated about the Fan, itâs really good. I want to add a process for those using Apple devices, Siri, Matter and Apple HomeKit and how to get this working.To add the Fan to Siri you will need an Apple Home-hub which means an Apple TV, Apple HomePod or HomePod Mini and the Apple HomeKit app.1. Install the Govee App2. Make sure the device you are using the app with is connected to a 2.4GHz WIFI network.3. Install the Fan as instructed through the Govee app.4. Go to the Device Settings section in the app and Matter.5. Take a screenshot of the QR code or install code and save.6. Delete the fan from the Govee app7. Press and hold the “M” and “Timer” buttons for 5 second to factory reset8. Using the QR code or set up code add the Fan through Apple Homekit.9. Once installed to HomeKit add the fan using the Govee app as in steps 2 and 3.If you add the fan to the Govee app first using matter, Apple HomeKit wont pair with the Fan. I hope this helps people who maybe struggling with adding this fan through Homekit and Matter.Adding the Fan to the Govee app after means you get all the other functions like the lights and dialling in the oscillation.

The price is right
Setting up this fan was a bit tricky. I had to install the app then add the fan to get the matter barcode then delete it from the app so I could add it to my Alexa echo dot. Although i havenât added it to my apple home as yet itâs the same procedure. Apart from that the fan is very quiet and the air from it feels very cool even on a hot day like today. It came well packaged and Iâm a prime subscriber so we know delivery is swift. I will be ordering another one for my living room soon.

lived this so powerful and the night light gave it that unique look and so many settingsðð» can be loud at top speed but thats to be expected if the motor is so powerful like it iss on this ðð» my only fault & the only reason im givin it only 4 stars is cause it has no remote option , i really feel is this had a remote it would be 1 of the best fans around ..

It’s a really good fan overall but I had to drop a star due to wifi issues. It only does 2.4 ghz wifi so you have to have a compatible router. And it drops the connection a lot. If they upgraded the wifi in the device to dual band and used one that holds connection better this product is a five star easily. Produces an excellent air flow while remaining quiet. At the top setting it blasts air out and is only a little noisy. I can still use it while watching something on tv without cranking up the volume. The app is easy to use and makes the fan highly customizable. The night light feature is great. I use it set to red which is usually a less bright color but it easily lights the room for nighttime navigation. Very happy with the purchase I just wish the wifi was better. Thankfully the Bluetooth is great so it hasn’t been an issue.

My God, I love this thing.The sleep mode is quiet, but pushes out enough air. Even when it’s not in sleep mode, its not loud. My bedroom can get really hot being upstairs, it was 80°F/26°C in my room this thing literally kept me cool even when it was hot!I love Govee products and I’m not disappointed. It’s also really nice that I can connect my tempature monitor to the fan and it have a better accuracy (despite it already being accurate temp without the monitor) to help with the set air temp features.Best thing I’ve ever bought ð no more box fans for me.

Does the job of a fan very well. Puts out plenty of air, very quiet. However, the controls on top of the fan are absolutely atrocious. Even while reading the instructions, I could not get the fan to do what should be very simple tasks, such as set it to the highest level and oscillate. Extremely simple on pretty much every fan ever. Good luck accomplishing that on this fan. After a week of attempting to struggle with the built in controls, I finally downloaded the app, and now I love it. The app is great. Very user friendly, works very well. Just had to take a star off for the mind-bogglingly absurd built in controls. Seriously don’t even try controlling it with the buttons on the fan, just use the app.

I really like the design of this fan. I originally bought the DREO, which is also a solid fan, but the Govee tower fan circulates air efficiently, and blends in better with the rest of my gadgets. I ended up buying twoâone for the living room and one for my bedroom. It doesn’t come with a remote, which would have been a nice touch, but the app works well for anyone with a smartphone. I also use the sleep mode which is very quiet and you can dim or turn off the light on the fan if you like prefer a dark room. The Govee 42″ fan is also pretty narrow and doesn’t take up a lot of space.
