Simple to install security device
I’ve already got 2 of the older version of this alarm which I am still using and very pleased with. This new version has a number of improvements over the older version – which are most welcome. It takes 3 AA batteries opposed the 3 AAA in the old version – which I think means it will last quite a bit longer on a set of batteries but they’ve not run out yet in the 2 weeks I’ve been using it. I can’t be sure but the alarm also seems quite a bit louder than the old version.I’ve also noted that you have the option to power the alarm using a USB cable – by plugging it into the sockets in the back. This gives you the flexibility to run it from mains or from a power bank for extra long run times..The fob on this version seems to be a little sturdier than the old version – which is a welcome improvement.I use the fob to disable the alarm from quite a distance – which is handy.Like the old version you get a little bracket to mount the alarm and you can use the provided screws or sticky pad to attach the bracket where you want it. The alarm can tilt and rotate in the bracket – so you can point the PIR sensor where you need it – for example, I’ve mounted mine around waist height so I’ve had to tilt the sensor back slightly to it covers a good distance in front of the alarm.Overall I would highly recommend this alarm for securing small spaces – especially sheds/caravans/motorhomes. It’s simple to setup and when triggered is very loud.

Cheap, works well
Basic but pretty good, simple to set up, plenty loud enough.

Great little alarm.
Iâve bought 2 of these alarms. Theyâre great. I also have the vibration alarms on the van as a first defence. But these ones act as back ups in case the thieves actually enter the van. They work fine.Alarms are the only way to protect your tools I think. Locks and cages can all be opened and broken. Cameras donât work on covered faces. Alarms deter and alarm us to the thieves and we have at least a chance to get out and sort the problem.

Good sturdy unit.
Loud, uses AA batteries. Sturdy unit. Works for us. The only issue is the remote itâs very small and easy to loose, so be careful with it.

Loud and sensitive!
Was sceptical about how good this would be but definitely the right purchase! The sensor is really sensitive and the alarm is extremely loud! You can hear it inside from my shed, inside the house with the doors and windows closed. Feel the shed is so much more secure especially knowing I can operate from the remote control provided. Excellent value for money and so simple to install.

ok
Loud but it’s a bit of a fiddle to turn it on and off. Too many options. I wish it only had options on and off instead of too many buttons
