I got this tablet because my old one (some cheap, no-name brand that barely lasted a year) couldnât handle my on-the-go lifestyle. Letâs just say, it didnât survive its first accidental drop. I wanted a small tablet for work and overall pleased with this. I added an SD card to increase the RAM and the tablet is very responsive and runs apps with ease. I imagine screen brightness could be an issue with outside use. I was surprised at how weighty and ‘chonky’ the tablet is for an 8 inch. It’s heavier than most average 10″ tablets, but this is understandable given it’s rugged armoured casing and waterproof features. It’s built like a tank. The bezel is a bit big and overall feels bigger than I anticipated an 8 inch tablet being. Still.. more than happy with performance.

If you want a waterproof useable tablet for reading, surfing the net and basic gaming then this is not a bad bit of kit, battery is good too, adding a micro SD was a little tricky, just sure it’s a good quality SD card too.

Great for work with the protective case, the screen is super clear, use performs well and is convenient USB charging. If you want to do a lot of typing, a Bluetooth keyboard is a handy thing to use with it or a Bluetooth mouse for browsing if you like, although the touchscreen performs great anyway.
