Very cooling well worth buying
Very cooling well worth buying. My legs burn and they have helped me sleep at night, bye putting them under my legs.

Almost a 5 star item, but ….
These pads are excellent for 10-15 minutes and provide instant cooling relief, but will stop feeling cool after a while, turning it over doesn’t work, so you’ll need to use the other one (I’m glad they come in a set of 2). You can reuse after about 10 minutes, but for obvious reasons you don’t want to keep changing them over when trying to sleep. Hence my only giving them 4 stars. However, great to fall asleep on and use in the night if you wake up feeling hot. Helpful for menopause symptoms. Although fine to put under a pillow case, I prefer to place mine on top of the case and lay my head directly on it for a full cooling affect, as I found if under a pillow case, its not as cooling and creases up. I do recommend this item though.

Pas besoin de mettre ces poches dans le congélateur pour bénéficier d’un froid suffisant. De plus le fait d’être assez grandes peuvent se positionner à divers endroit (mains en les mettant au milieu de la poche pliée comme sac de couchage, tête, sous les pieds ou reins) et 2 pratiques toujours 1 au frais car ne gardent pas la fraîcheur très longtemps mais se rafraîchissent vite. Très utiles. En recommande 2 autres. M’aidentdans ma chimiothérapie.
