Pricey but good
Ive only had this for a month or so but at the moment it is a very well made, excellent piece of equipment, very good consistent speeds from it, it is working very well, at the moment

Great build quality
Plug in and away you go. Excellent build quality and, so far, works a treat.

Ok-ish but design lets it down
I purchased this thunderbolt 4 Hub to use with my new Mac Mini M4. The hub does it job well but after a couple of days use, the upstream port being on the front really started to annoy me. They could have easily placed this port on the back to keep everything neat plus it only has 1 USB-A (although that is also on the front). Decided to return this product and purchase the UGREEN Revodok Max 208. This keeps all the ports I need on the back and looks a lot neater on the desk.

Good Quality & Good Value
Works great and a good price

Perfect product for money
Very good quality product. The only disadvantage – very bulky charger, much bigger and heavier than the device itself.

Good quality – everything just works
I’ve been using this Sabrent Thunderbolt dock with an M4 MacBook Pro for about a month. Everything has worked seamlessly, the build quality is great, and I’m completely happy with it.I am seeing good network performance as well as USB (including video and audio). I was not sure if it would have enough juice to run teleprompter and audio interface as well as charge the MacBook, but there have been no issues there. I’ve also found that the USB-C ports charge a rather finicky Canon camera as well as an Anker power brick that refuses to charge almost anywhere else without any issues.

Works great on my wife’s new Vaio (from Costco). I understand that she’s not using this dock to its full capabilities, but I wanted a dock that shouldn’t need to be replaced for a while due to tech constraints. She’s using it as a dock to power the laptop, send video to dual 4K monitors (using both the DP and HDMI ports, but only for non-graphic intensive work stuff like MS Office and web browsing), and connect other peripherals (phone wireless charger, 1080 webcam, HDD, wireless mouse & keyboard, external mic/speaker for video calls, etc.). We’ve got five (5) super-fast access points around the house, so she doesn’t need the ethernet port, but I’m glad it’s there. She hates stuff on her desk, especially cords and wires, and her desk isn’t really built for any kind of cable management, so I used a lot of cable ties to mount the dock on the side of her desk, and then ran everything to the ports on the video port side of the dock (the bottom of the dock, in our case). I used one of the USB C ports to go to the host (laptop), and used the other to power an old Aukey hub with four (4) USB A 3.0 ports, where I plugged some of the USB A peripherals. I then mounted the power brick under the desk and completely out of sight. And, like I said, it all works perfectly like that.I ordered an assortment of cheap silicone dust cover inserts for the remaining ports that are facing up in the way I mounted it (dual USB C, single USB A, audio, and card readers), so dust, crumbs, etc. can’t fall in, but they haven’t arrived yet. She’s probably too OCD to ever use those ports because she doesn’t want to see the cords sticking up, but if she ever does, she can just quickly remove the appropriate port dust cover and voila. It’s probably a little heavy, but I see that as a benefit, as it will never leave her desk (or be thrown in a laptop bag for travel), and the weight of the metal chassis and associated solid feel say to me that it’s extremely well built. I haven’t noticed any issues with heat, but it’s got some space around all sides, and even a small gap where it’s not even touching the side of the desk where I mounted it, so it should get plenty of airflow to keep it cool enough.Yeah, it’s more expensive than what I really wanted to pay, but it seems worth it. If I were to purchase a dock for myself, which I don’t need right now, I’d want a few HDMI 2.1 AND DisplayPort 2.1 ports, 2.5+ GB ethernet, multiple Thunderbolt 5 ports and at least a few USB A 3.2 ports, audio, card readers, etc., but something like that would’ve been extreme overkill for what she needs and would likely cost at least twice as much (if it even exists).Anyway, we’re both very happy with the dock for her, and I’d definitely buy another one if the need justified it.

I wanted to streamline and tidy up my desk space and have been looking at thunderbolt 4 hubs/docks for awhile. I like the idea of 1 cable do to do it all, I settled on this Sabrent one because it was one sale and had the ports and charging I needed. I have used many Sabrent products in the past (other than SSDs) and the quality is always really good and they always preform flawlessly. This TB4 hub follows along with that, it has a decent weight to it and is constructed out of aluminum, comes with a large power brick and a TB4 cable which is on the shorter side 0.5M. Currently I have this dock running a 32â Samsung odyssey at 1440p 180hz through a usb c to display port cable, a crucial x9 external drive and a usb DAC all while charging my MacBook Pro! Now 60w is on the lower side for charging but the highest I have ever seen my 16â MacBook Pro m3 pro draw is 65 watts under 100% gpu and cpu load so it should work fine for 95 percent of peoples needs. So far I am very happy and I willUpdate this if anything changes. As a side note I am using the Apple 1M TB4 cable to connect this to the computer.
