They work!
This is my third paid of blue light blocking glasses. The other two pairs were clear glass and their effect was not really noticeable on my sleep, however these glasses have a strong tint, which whilst not unappealing, does take a few minutes, or tries to get used to. Once worn for a short while you do forget about the tint however and only notice the impact when you remove them and how bright and white your lighting/screens seem.I put them on about 2 hours before I usually go to bed, which is about 10:30/45pm and I track my sleep every night with my watch. Since starting this new bedtime routine with the glasses watching movies, sport or mobile devices in the evening with the glasses on, my deep sleep has improved significantly with avg. times going from 1:15h per night of deep sleep to closer to 2 hrs and feeling a bit more rested. It’s still relatively early days, but as I check my sleep quality every morning I know what my normal numbers are and the needle has definitely shifted in right direction.The glasses are well made and have a solid hard cover as well as a soft pouch, so I can’t complain. They fit my head which the previous ones didn’t and had to be sent back.I think they look okay and not stupid, but because of the funky orange tint to the glass I would not wear them very comfortably out and about, but then again after some time I might be bolder as I do think they do a job. Besides it’s more likely you’re at home when you put them on. In short I can recommend these blue light blocking glasses in all areas.

Good product, relieves eye strain and sensitivity to light
Great, makes everything seem even sunnier :|] though they may take a bit of getting used to really protect your eyes, eyes seem to work better after wearing them as well like your eyes are renewed after a good rest.They donât leave much of a mark an your nose either which I really appreciateThanks 🙂

The glasses are good and helped me out from constantly getting eye strain from being at a computer for a long time, the only issue is how orange the lens is making some small colors on the screen different, the fit is good and the box is good to keep them protected when not using them

For use in car mainly. They are great on a very sunny day, but night driving is a bit 50/50 they turn white lights to yellow/orange which is great, but those awful new white lights that blind you are still a problem they make it hard to see the edge of the road wearing the glasses or not. If you remember that stupid car advert that had a fox stunned in the road by the car lights?? What is wrong with manufacturers if the fox is blind then so are other drivers ? Small indicator lights and bright beem lights, whereâs the common sense gone!

These are great. Really good quality. Comes with two cases, a cleaning cloth and a lanyard to hold your glasses. Didnât expect them to be as good. Good blue light blocking. Hopefully these will make a difference over time with my sleep cycle.
