Ideal for shared desk setups
Everythingâs smoother now that I can move between machines without fiddling about with extra cables or unplugging things. The dual display output runs clean, and thereâs no need to wait around for displays to kick in. Iâve had no lag or drop-outs. I like having a physical button instead of shortcut keys, keeps things simple. The extra ports up front make things more convenient, especially for my USB devices. Iâve run both work and gaming machines through this without issues, even with heavy use. Setup didnât require any faffing about beyond standard cable management. The whole setup feels tidy now, and Iâve got fewer things to trip over under the desk. Once everything was connected properly, it just worked and hasnât given me a reason to touch it again since.

I know there are mixed views on the true benefits use of these and therefore their vfm, but if you do opt for one, this works well for managing two computers with a single keyboard and mouse setup.It has 8K visuals, so displays well. It has four USB 3.0 ports. Switching between computers is easy via a button or desktop controller. Very slight but minimal lag. A small discreet size with a seemingly good build quality, very reasonably priced.

I have used a number of these kinds of devices and find that they can be a bit hit an miss when it comes to the visual clarity. This, however, has really good visual clarity. Particualrly if you are using this for tasks that require visualising a lot of detail.Everything you need to get going is included in the box and lterally all you need to do is to plug this and and away you go. It’s easy to switch between inputs and connecting two monitors enables you to use extend and copy display modes.This is an excellent switch for either business or home use and it;s ease of use and value for money mean this is an excelllent buy.

Completely dysfunctional product. I would give zero stars if I could.Broken in multiple ways1. USB does not work at all2. Monitoring switching kind of works, but only if none of the USB ports are occupied, and only of the laptop lids are open and not closedDoes not work if:1. You want to plug in USB ports2. You want to use it with closed laptop lidsThe switching is also slow as hell.

This is truly a great product to setup in both home or at your office. This is a high end build quality supplied with cables to get you set up from day one. Depending on your monitor resolution and your PC outputs, you’ll be able to get top quality output with no lag, even when playing high speed motion games or movies.This saves so much clutter of cables on your desk and switching between the two PCs is almost instant. It doesn’t have to be just PCs, you could set this up with 2 alternate HDMI sources too. I have a similar setup in my cinema room where I have used a spare KVM just to switch between the 2 HDMI sources to one HDMI output.
