This camera is no joke. It’s compact, Takes extremely clear video. It’s easy to use. It comes with several mounts so you can wear it like it’s not even there. It’s durable in any weather, including underwater. It’s good quality and a good price. Everything about this little camera is good. I give it a full five stars.

Overall I like this camera, but I wish it was better. There are some simple, basic functions that this camera cannot do and that is a major issue for me. But there are other aspects of this camera that make me like it. THE GOOD: The 4K image quality is actually really nice and sharp. You also have the option of 1440 or 1080. The wide angle FOV of the lens is perfect for vlogging or POV use. I’m glad we don’t have a cheap, fish eye lens. The camera is tiny and allows itself to be mounted in pretty much almost anywhere. The camera comes with a plethora of mounts and attachments. I specifically love the waterproof housing, the frame that allows you to mount it to “GoPro” style mounts & selfie sticks and the magnetic neck/chest lanyard mount. THE BAD: You NEED the app to use this camera and the app sucks. You cannot take photos with this camera unless you connect it to the app so you can utilize the shutter button in the app. You have to connect to the app to change any settings, which is totally understandable….HOWEVER whenever I make changes to my camera settings the app DOES NOT save the settings. The camera DOES NOT record video continuously, meaning if you try to record a single video (lets say for 15 minutes straight) instead of saving it to one complete video file the camera splits it up into 3 min increments. The camera calls it âloop recording.â If you try to change this setting to 9 minutes so youâll have 9 minute increments, the camera DOES NOT save this setting and proceeds to only record in 3 minute segments. It is very annoying. The camera ALWAYS adds a time & date stamp in the bottom-right of the video. Again, if you try to remove this setting the camera ignores your settings and continues to add the time & date stamp. Every single time you connect to the app, the app will trigger the camera to start recording. Every time. Itâs really annoying. The app is required to download the photos to your phone, you canât just remove the memory card and transfer them to your phone via an SD card reader. FINAL THOUGHTS: Because of the excellent 4K image quality and the tiny size of the camera I will continue to use it for random instances where I need a small wide angle camera for video. Itâs an okay camera and I like it, but it does have its fault and issues. I hope that the manufacturer releases a firmware update of some sort to both the app and the camera to improve its capabilities and functionality. At the price point I donât expect it to have the capabilities of a GoPro or Insta360 camera, but I do expect it to have normal continuous recording capability, a way to take photos within the camera (without the use of the app). I also expect it to save the setting changes I apply in the app. I canât recommend this camera knowing that itâs got these issues. It kinda feels like an unfinished product.

This camera is decent for what it is however there’s a lot left to be desired. I noticed that the camera shuts off quite easily during recording however, the camera will stay on while plugged into a usb c cable and a battery bank. I’m not sure if it’s a heating issue or if the battery just doesn’t last long in my unit. The accessories are cool and they work. I will also say that the waterproof case is super hard to close and open, as if it’s too tight.The camera connects quite easily to my phone via wifi connection. The quality of the images aren’t the best either and the sound is quite abysmal (super quiet sound). The Micro SD card works well though which gives me decent storage for the recordings that I need.All in all, I don’t think the price is really worth this camera, I would maybe purchase this at a better price point of like around $40 to $50 but not at the $78 price point at the time of order. I will say that this camera needs a bit of rework in sound and video quality, otherwise this camera would be a really decent option to use.
