5 Stars – Fantastic Label Printer!
(Review on behalf of Francesca Kennedy)5 Stars – Fantastic Label Printer!I am absolutely thrilled with this label printer! Itâs incredibly easy to set up and use, even for someone who isnât tech-savvy. The print quality is sharp and clear, making my labels look professional every time. Iâve used it for organizing my office, shipping packages, and even labeling my pantry, and it works like a charm each time. The speed is impressive tooâlabels print quickly without any delay. I also love that itâs compatible with a variety of label sizes and the software is intuitive. Iâve had zero issues with connectivity, and it works seamlessly with both my PC and smartphone.Overall, this printer has saved me so much time and hassle. If youâre looking for an affordable, reliable label printer, this is definitely the one to go for. Highly recommended!

Far easier to set up than I thought.
I have been looking at these for some time, the only problem was 1/ I did not want the mess about setting it up and 2/ it looked flimsy. I could not have been more wrong, it was remarkably easy to set up and it is quite large and sturdy. It works perfectly. If you are considering the 500 label rolls (that is what I have bought) then I would recommend the cradle for the roll as it does not fit in the printer, they do sell the cradles on here.

Easy from iPhone, difficult from MacBook Pro!
Bought this to print Royal Mail click n drop labels. Great little printer, comes with half a roll of 6×4″ labels. VERY quick to get it working on my iPhone. Under a minute! Scanned the 2D barcode, downloaded the app, selected the label PDF, clicked print and out the label came, perfect! 10 out of 10! I then tried to print from my MacBook Pro. This is where the problems started. The Jadens help pages were no use, very out of date screenshots. Had to download a driver file and install it. Still could not print by clicking print, but then I tried downloading the same app as I used on my phone. This worked eventually, but I cannot print by downloading the file and opening it in the app…it just does nothing when I select the file. In the end, I tried sharing but the Jadens app was not in the list of destinations. Eventually, after a few hours of perseverance I found that opening the PDF in Preview and then sharing and selecting Image Publish from the list of destinations, this opened the label image in the app and I could then print it. Bit of a palaver but I got it working in the end!

Bad quality printer
Cheap quality, the printer broke within the first day of use and seller is not helpful to resolve the issue. I had to involve Amazon support for faulty product.

Edit to: LOOK TF Elsewhere. May not be AS bad, minus the app issuesâlike making custom label sizesâ¦
Update: After some research and further tests.I found the need to resize EVERY label was an eBay label setting error.Make sure on desktop (or viewing ebay desktop mode on mobile),that the label print setting IS 4×6 size, NOT Letter size. Then the PDF you get, which you can open (when you click save) in Jadenâs printer app. Will be formatted correctly, which eliminates the need to CROP the label before printing them.Okay, that takes care of that which I anticipated would be incredibly frustrating to do each time one needs to print a label. Now; the need to have location on is VERY strange, but like I mentioned in the first write up,the label is fine, and the hardware is also fine.So IF Jadens, would remove that ANNOYING need to turn on your location Every time, and FIX the bluetooth disconnection problems and NEED TO RECONNECT the printer back to the app often (-1),this could be a solid choice. So Iâve lifted my 1 star rating to 3 (4 if BT connection issues to app fixed),but make sure your label is saved in the 4×6 or correct format to your label size. And youâll have a good printer, if you donât mind the printer constantly disconnecting and you needing to have your location services on eating up battery too!Hope that helps;and Iâve left my previous review below untouched.âââââââprevious reviewâââââââWhat I printed with this (the ebay label) worked fine. That’s about it.The App is USELESS.You can’t setup any template, except the 2×2 ones which you can edit, not sure if you can save. But it doesn’t matter because I didn’t buy this to print round stickers. It seems EVERY time, I had to RE-CONNECT the printer to Bluetooth! And they need your location for some weird reason. Every time, not just for initial setup. Also it’s just Bluetooth, so not sure why they need location information.AND you have to F’in crop each label before you can print it? LOLImagine when you need hundreds of labels (that’s another reason I bought it, in anticipation of needing to automatically print labels.) But seeing how LACKLUSTRE the “APP” is, I have no confidence in connecting a desktop to this. Nor do I want to install any of their windows or mac apps on my system. It’s annoying, because though I’ll get my money back, I’ve wasted time buying this thermal printer.I’ll see if I can get something that many say works. About 2X the price (second hand), but something that’s proven to work is more important. The hardware I had no issues with. The operation part, the printing part, it did print between 2 labels, but that’s because it wasn’t aligned properly; the BS “app” is just terrible.I didn’t try the iOS version? Maybe that would work better, but I know I don’t want to waste any more time or energy on Jadens stuff.Printing quality is good, IF you’ll only use this every once in a while. If you want this in anticipation of auto-printing labels from orders without having the crop and print each one, every time?LOOK TF Elsewhere.I had this at 2/5. As I finish this it’s more 1/5, because it will NOT do what it says, and they’re wasting people’s time.

This does great printing shipping labels for eBay.

Great printer for my small business. Hooks up easy and prints labels in seconds and saves on ink.

If I could give this product zero stars I would. It prints in the middle of two labels (it can’t tell where a label starts and ends.) In the middle of the night it will spit out the entire roll of labels for no reason. Between each label print attempt, I have to turn it off and on again. It makes random beeping sounds and the light blinks red. It’s a pain to change the printer roll because you need two hands to handle the roll, and a third hand to keep the lid open while your two other hands place the roll on the spindle.Avoid this item and save yourself the hassle.

This little printer is perfect for printing shipping labels using any one of the popular PYOP services. I’ve experienced a few issue with my laptop not being able to “find” the printer even after taking all of the usual steps, but customer support has been very helpful and solved the problem quickly. Absolutely recommend Jadens for thermal printing.

I purchased this printer in July after doing a lot of research and looking around. I wanted one that would be Bluetooth compatible and contain the labels on the inside of the printer so I didn’t have to have two devices and a bunch of wires on my very small desk. I hesitated to buy this because I heard that Dymo printers were the best and this one was an unknown brand (I figured I might as well spend a bit more money on a printer that was good, rather than only a little bit less on one that didn’t work well). Thankfully after looking at the price and some of the reviews of the Dymo, I decided to purchase this one and made sure I had time to return it if need be. This has to be one of the best purchases I have made for awhile, I waited a few months before leaving this review to make sure everything was good and so far my printer works great. Setting it up seemed daunting at first but if you follow the instructions it’s actually super simple, clear and straightforward. Every question I had was answered somewhere in the instruction manual. The Bluetooth works better than most, I can print from my laptop from the other side of my house when other Bluetooth devices I have do not reach near as far. I can’t say anything from personal experience about the Dymo because I’ve never had one but if you’re looking for an affordable label printer, I would absolutely recommend this one. 🙂
