Doesn’t work on my Macs, zero support
It’s one thing this not working on any of my Macs as advertised (Macbook Pro, iMacs), it’s one thing the instruction manual being completely inadequate, and when the supplier has responded to people on here, they have given an email address… What’s really poor is having no support whatsoever. I have emailed both addresses given in the reviews – they bounce back. Submitted help form on the supplier’s website, no response. A complete waste of time, Now I have to mess around sending the thing back. Beeps, that’s about it – doesn’t actually produce the barcode reading in anything – apps, notepad, etc. The days of terrible instruction manuals and no customer service should be behind us. For some companies, sadly, they’re very much with us. So 80’s.

Excellent functionality, unlikely to receive the item pictured though.
I needed this barcode scanner to scan in Signed For labels to add to our website’s tracking numbers for various orders. I use an iMac running Mac OS High Sierra. Upon plugging the scanner in, Apple tried to locate a keyboard driver for it – but I noticed that the scanner worked straight away without an drivers. Literally plug and play. I have had no trouble with it at all in terms of functionality.The 2 stars is for the quality/condition in which the item came. While the advertised picture suggested a slick black barcode scanner gun, the real thing was far less glamourous. In fact, I received a grey coloured gun, which frankly seemed second-hand. Poorly packaged in the box, the dark grey rubber was faded and dirty and the plastic chassis of the gun is cheap plastic that doesn’t look like it will last. The scanner holder matches the handset, sadly.While I wouldn’t have minded if it were just the colour difference, I was really disappointed to have received a handset in such poor condition. I spent a while cleaning up the gun and it looks ok now – but not ideal for a ‘brand new’ product. I’ve attached a photo of the gun in it’s current state (barely a few weeks old).

L’objet est conforme à la description, il fonctionne très bien et facile d’utilisation. Il correspond tout à fait au fonctionnement d’une bibliothèque d’ecole et ce relit facilement a son SIGB. En achetant cet objet, on fait une économie de plus de 50€ sur une douchette professionnelle dans ce domaine. C’est une économie non négligeable notamment dans le domaine publique avec les restrictions de budget.
