What a nice little bullet mike.
Sensibly priced harmonica mike, itâs well made, if a little bigger than I would have liked but a nice clean sound with my little busking amp, most walk past traffic donât necessarily want to be assaulted by that dirty Chicago blues sound, well not whilst out shopping, but if they did Iâd use something like a Boss or a Pig Nose amp. Anyway it works a treat on all my amps so as I say, worth the money any day of the week in my opinion.

Great value for a really nice harmonica mic.
I am an amateur harmonica player in a small âfriendsâ band (charity gigs, fetes and open mics) and wanted something a little better than my robo-hobo tea strainer mic which works ok but is a little thin on the sound, and I wanted control over my volume at the mic. I thought I would give this a go as it was a very reasonable price.I have to say Iâm impressed, it is a big fat dense lump of a thing compared with the robo-hobo but the sound is much fuller, my band mates have commented on it. The volume control works really nicely with a wide range, a smooth action and positive detent at the mid position and it easily comes to hand in mid flow. The cable seems to of good quality and length with a decent plug at the end.I am really pleased with it and will be selling off the old robo.

Nice looking and good quality sound!
Harmonica mic that tries to reproduce the ‘Green Bullet’ mic sound at a fraction of the cost – it does the job pretty well, although the more expensive one is still better as you would expect. The cable that connects it to the amplifier is built-in with no easy means to replace it should it fail, perhaps a standard mic cable connector would have been useful.

Hot Stuff
Obviously my ears are probably not the best in the world or maybe everyone else is too picky but for only £40 I’ve managed to approach the classic overdriven Little Walter sound with this Mic.I’m only putting the mic through a Honey Tone Mini Amp and the volume and drive from the mic is phenomenal. I’ve never tried a Green Bullet but for a player of my intermediate abilities this mic is perfect.I’ve had a go on my Marshall AR50 acoustic amp which is ultra clean and the sound is very usable here too. It’s not distorted as such but with the correct cupping technique you can get a pleasant compressed almost sax like tone.Overall I’m very pleased that I chose this mic as my next step towards playing Harp at a more professional level.Only one downside for me which is not to do with the mic at all but the whole approach to mic-ing a harmonica. You are blowing your own breath into your cupped hands quite a bit which makes you feel terribly hot after a while. Small wonder those guys sweat so much.

just excellent!
I love this mike for harps. Sometimes the cable can get in the way, so I chopped mine off and fitted an XLR plug. Easier to pack and now it can be used wireless too. Well made and strong. After using an SM57 for years I found this quite big to hold, but worth it for the sound. I wrapped a few elastic bands around it for extra grip before gigs so I don’t drop it if my hands get sweaty.

Great moderately priced harp mic
Used this mic with a rube amp at a weekend gig. Great sound for under£50. Easy to hold. A bit heavy but a great standby or first mic. Excellent value for money. My Sure equivalent costs 3x as much.

Sounds the business.
Comfortable to hold, great to use. The only minor drawback is that the lead is integral to the mic, so if anything ever goes wrong with the lead/connection, the whole unit would need repair/replacing.

Be qualità prezzo davvero un ottimo prodotto mi trovo alla grande , forse unico difetto un pò pesantuccio , bisogna farci un pò la mano

Decided to get back into playing again but didn’t want to spend a fortune on a harp mic so decided on this one.Plugged into my tube pre-amp then into my Epiphone valve junior and was blown away! This little beauty sounded amazing and the build is super solid. The volume control is smooth and sensitive.I’ve used a standard Shure green bullet before (without the volume control) and this mic sounds just as good or better. This mic is a fantastic buy and doesn’t break the bank. If you are in the market, buy it, you will be glad you did!
