I can’t recommend this enough
I bought this for my girlfriend on her birthday, and it is one of the best presents I have ever bought.Many reviews have mentioned how this product prints poor quality photos or just does not work at all. If you buy this product, I recommend that you watch a proper tutorial on YouTube and make sure that this is actually right for you.This device does not come with any film, so make sure to buy Instax Mini Film along with the product so you can actually use it.Advantages over a polaroid camera:1) You can align your phone to get whatever photo you have on your phone to make sure that you do not waste film.2) With a bit of practice, you can manage a double exposure photo. It is worthwhile finding a tutorial on YouTube on how to achieve this.3) Much cheaper than a polaroid camera whilst yielding the same quality pictures.4) You can print anything from your phoneDisadvantages to a polaroid camera:1) Although it says that this is portable, which is true, I could not image taking this around everywhere with you day to day. It is probably best to leave at home for when you want to print out a photo on to film.2) It takes a bit more practice to get it right. As I have said, it would be wise to watch a tutorial on YouTube to make sure that you can see exactly what it is that you need to be wary of. This includes making sure your phone brightness is all the way up and turning auto dim off, which can be slightly inconvenient to keep doing.This product does everything that it says it does. Polaroid photos are quite trendy at the moment with good reason. They are a lovely, stylish format to have your photos as and this device makes that accessible at a good price.

They say its easy to use, but its not!
I bought this as a gift in december for a friend, when we try to use it only to pictures came out right. Today I have tried again, and I wasted 16 pictures, all of them are pure black, and even whatchin ten tutorials, I can’t understand what I am doing wrong, because I dont think I am. So this is not easy at all to use, I wouldn’t buy it again.

A fun little toy to try and get you printing your pics
Loads of people don’t bother printing their pictures these days, and you just end up with hundreds sitting on your phone. If you are one of these people then this might be for you.It is essentially a pinhole camera and built in stand. You simply rest your phone on top of the unit and then press the shutter button. You do need to make sure the phone screen stays on (check your phone settings as most switch off after a few seconds or when face down), and you have to line up the screen with the aperture on the top, but it is pretty simple to do.Once you have taken the picture of your mobile, you simply turn the knob on the side until your picture pops out. It then takes a couple of minutes to develop (we placed the pic face down to help develop – not sure if this actually works).The results are ok. You get a little, colour picture of what you want. It is a little darker than the screen, and a little bit less defined, but it is definitely something you can use and show people.There are no batteries required, no wifi connection, it is just a simple mechanical device. The only thing you will need is the special Fujifilm Instax paper, as this is stored in the base of the Kiipix. None comes with the Kiipix and I think you are looking at about 75p a photo.Yes you can get better quality pictures by going to a store, but this is very easy to use and quite fun.

Very useful and fun piece of kit. After reading a few reviews I was slighly apprehensive about getting it to work properly, but not to worry. The kit itself is fairly easy to use, you just need to set up your smart phone first – this means turning off any settings that dim the screen (battery saver mode, night mode etc) and ensure that your screen is set to the brightest possible, and isn’t set to lock etc for at least a minute. I followed the instructions and chose a picture I had on my phone shot in the same image ratio as instax mini and it came out great.

Donât waste money on this!
Honestly, youâre better off printing your own photos than getting this. First I had was faulty and the second was just not good at printing photos. They either came out too dark or too light and had marks on them.The film is expensive too. Much cheaper to get your own photo paper and you get better quality photos.

Disappointing, but we’ll keep trying
After alot of research to find the right polaroid picture printer this came on top and for affordability…what a disappointment! It’s still not that cheap especially having to buy the film seperate but we’ve tried and experimented many times to print a good picture and nothing seems to improve it. We checked reviews and tips to help print a decent image and they’re either really dark, or too bright and very poor. I love that retro look and that’s what I wanted but it’s just sad that its not worked.It’s easy to use and great you can choose which picture to print, but feels brittle like it’ll just break, the shutter doesnt click properly so you have to be careful pressing it.Maybe it’s a faulty camera or I’m missing something to help

Iâm not one to write reviews but thought this needed one.Bought this as a present for a photo loving family member.Once we started trying to use it, it became a apparent this was not going to be easy.We tried and tried to get photos to print but they would either come out all black or all white.Gave up and left it.Come back to it today (3 months later) to give it another shot, after 30 minutes I have started to print some photos! Itâs a miracle!The photos are not top quality but look nice all the same ( photo attached)All in all, not easy, bit of a waste of money, very frustrating. Wouldnât buy again or as another present for anybody.

I’ve always been impressed with Tomy products – whether it’s toys, baby products, novelties or electronics – they are always so ingenious and creative! The KiiPix is no exception and I’m here to tell you that this product is as brilliant as it is simple to use.KiiPix, simply put, is a camera that takes pictures of your smartphone photos – and creates instant prints of them! Using Fuji’s Instax film (sold separately), all you have to do is load the film, set up fold-away stand and place your smartphone face down on it. With your selected picture already on display on your screen, all you need to do is push down on the button and then use the dispensing knob to roll out the print.vAny picture you have on your smartphone, you can turn into a print – in seconds and inexpensively!This is just so easy to use and the quality of the prints is just as good as the old-style Polariod type instant film from way back. What makes it even better is that you can spend your time taking and finding the perfect pix on your smartphone to turn into prints, and then ONLY print out the phones you want. There’s no wasting of instant film trying to use a regular camera to take pix – you already have the perfect pix on your phone! So smart, so incredibly to use!I’ve been waiting for this to come out here in America for almost a year (it was available in Tomy’s native Japan last November) at more affordable prices, and finally it’s here! It comes in 3 different colors and folds compact after use so you can carry it along with you! It needs no electricity, no batteries and no wifi to work. It’s just that simple! Most of other “printers” spit out cheap photo-print shots, but the cost of those is much, much higher and the pix end up feeling flimsy. The KiiPix solves all of that by partnering with another inventive and creative partner, Fuji!I highly recommend this for you, your tween/teenage kids – it even makes a great wedding reception activity for the guests – all you have to do is try it!

Ricevuta con un giorno di anticipo rispetto al previsto. Risponde alle aspettative e funziona bene. Da ricordare: l’apparecchio è meccanico e non ha alcun tipo di alimentazione nè di illuminazione, quindi bisogna fare alcune prove per scoprire su quale grado di luminosità va impostato lo schermo del proprio smartphone! La KiiPiix scatta una foto dello schermo del cellulare, quindi la luminosità dello schermo deve essere adeguata ed intorno deve esserci penombra. Da ricordare anche che il ripiano su cui si appoggia lo smartphone ha uno spazio rettangolare, che però è leggermente più piccolo dello schermo: io ho un cell Samsung J7 del 2016 e “restano fuori” dallo scatto un paio di millimetri di bordo (per me non è un problema, ma è bene che si sappia). Per me è comunque promossa a pieni voti!!

Fácil e usar y las fotos quedan muy bien. Mi niña esta encantada.Apto para cualquier móvil ya que es como una especie de cámara que hace la foto a la pantalla.Solución perfecta para quien quiera fotos instantáneas pudiendo seleccionar antes bien la foto desde el móvil.
