Q1 : Why can’t I display multiple screens after installing the driver on my MacBook pro m1?
A1:Please follow these steps: Privacy & Security > Screen Recording > Allow “DisplayLink manager” to connect. Or refer to the installation video on the details page for operation. If not solved, please contact Minisopuru.
Q2 : Why doesn’t my HDMI(Display1) display?
A2: If you connect a laptop with a USB-C port, please make sure it is a full-featured USB-C port(with data, video output, and charging functions port),eg:Thunderbolt 3/4,USB4. If you connect a laptop with a USB-A port, NOTE: HDMI1 will not work.
Q3: Why can’t I charge my mobile phones?
A3:Please use the USB2.0 port to connect your mobile phone to charge. Please refer to the above video for the correct connection method. If still not working, please contact Minisopuru official. Thank you!
Q4: Why doesn’t netflix work? I have a 2020 macbook air m1 and i’m using 2 LG 32″ 4k monitors.
A4: Please note: The DisplayLink dock cannot play HDCP content(eg: some Netflix and YouTube paid content). When playing HDCP content, the video may not be played, the screen may turn black, and problems.
Q5 : Can the dock work with the laptop lid closed?
A5:Sure, please go to setting preferences: Battery/Displays – turn on “Prevent computer from sleeping automatically when the display is off”. If you do not enable this setting, the DisplayLink Dock will not work with the lid closed.

Really impressive piece of technology
What a great find this has been! I wanted to add a third screen to my Mac mini M1, and didn’t think it was possible within the limitations of the Mac and Apple Silicon. I was even considering an upgrade to a newer computer such as a MacBook Pro which allow more monitors, when I stumbled on this product. I watched a YT video, and it looked good but was one of those ‘too good to be true’ type things. But I thought I’d give it a go.It is extremely well packaged, and comes in a decent box with a USB key drive included. This isn’t really necessary as I downloaded the necessary software directly from the website, but is a nice touch.The setup is very ‘Apple-like’ in that it is completely easy. Install the software, accept the security permission, and you’re off. I was worried that the software would have to be used to manage the screens, but that’s not the case at all. The software just runs in the background, and you manage your screen resolution and arrangement in the system preferences. Seamless.I have 3 screens running currently – 1 at 4K, 2 at 1080P – all from the Displaylink. I have a spare HDMI now on the Mac itself, so I can add another if I want. And I do want! Why not eh? :)Added bonus with the multiple USB connections that it brings as well. So much so it may actually replace my other Thunderbolt Dock.All in all, an excellent piece of tech that works perfectly as expected. Very impressed.

Setup very easy and does what it says on the tin…
It’s still early yet, but everything works well and installation was fairly simple. USB key, multiple video instructions (links and files) and documents were provided.I opted for the USB driver installation was really simple and to the point. Just a matter of adding each monitor separately so you know all are connected and arrange accordingly.It took around 10-15mins and most of that time was arranging my screens to my linking. I’m happy with the results.I only went for 4 stars as it’s very early. However, I would recommend.

Powers three screens straight away from my work laptop and my brand new Macbook Air M3.Keep in mind, that it needs itâs own power and a separate power supply going into it to power your laptop. Not a big issue but I didn’t realise this. As a bonus of this though Iâve got a new super power work laptop that needs a massive power brick and it charges that too.

I purchased the Minisopuru triple display docking station and it worked beautifully for about six weeks. then the left HDMI stopped working (it happens ð£).I contacted Minisopuru and after a couple of suggestions which didn’t work, they shipped me a new unit out from the states to the UK.What a great company and what fantastic consumer relations – they really care about us!Can’t recommend them enough.

These are great for a thunderbolt connection, however they have disconnected a few times for no reason but the screen comes back on. Shame as they would be 5 stars if not for that!

Resulta que soy un orgulloso propietario de un MacBook Pro, pero siempre me ha molestado la limitación de solo poder conectar dos pantallas externas. ¡Hasta que encontré esta estación de acoplamiento!Lo que más me llamó la atención es que con esta cosa, puedo conectar hasta cuatro pantallas externas. ¡Cuatro! Eso es como tener un centro de comando espacial en mi escritorio. Solo hay un pequeño inconveniente: tienes que tenerla conectada a la corriente para que funcione con todas las pantallas, pero honestamente, para mÃ, es un pequeño precio a pagar por tanta productividad.Aparte de eso, la estación de acoplamiento tiene un montón de puertos diferentes: USB-A, USB-C, HDMI, DisplayPort, ¡tienes de todo! I wouldâve given it 5 stars if it was charging my macbook. The magsafe charger when connected to the docking station doesnât charge. Otherwise, others ports are working well. I have 2 display (extended) monitors plus the screen in the laptop which is working well.
