So I didn’t have high hopes for this but omg the picture is so clear and it’s works absolutely perfect a bit hard to set up but go it after 7 trys ð34.99 for prescription witch is a little much but to be fair you don’t Evan need one you can just look and talk two way I’d definitely recommend it

Cheaper to buy an expensive 1
So I bought 2 devices for my front and back garden to then find out you have to pay over £30 to pay for the storage for 6 months but this is for each device or £72 for up to 10 devices for the year there’s no monthly option so works out cheaper to buy a more expensive brand and these stop sending notifications after not even a day of use so it was a pointless purchase the chime plugs don’t work unless u keep resetting them and there’s a massive lag when someone does press the doorbell that’s if it tells you at all which it’s rare they do so don’t waste your money opt for a higher brand that has a cheaper storage option I’m so angry and sending these crappy things back it’s disgusting how much they charge and for them to not really work anyways yes the camera is good and also the night vision but there honestly not worth the money it’s not just 1 device that doesn’t work properly it’s both! Update these are jot disabled friendly at all they give you the tiniest pin to have to try and pray they thing off the wall not stick in a hole no try to lift it off with a sharp pin how ridiculous when a clip in holder could of easily been done and still cheap to make so now I have 2 cameras that not only don’t work properly but now I can’t charge as I have rheumatoid arthritis and can’t use my hands properly I’m honestly so angry and upset these do not even deserve a 1 star so don’t waste your money they end up been very expensive compared to others that you can use a sd card with

Great product at low price
Great price and it does the job perfectly. Easy to set up. The app is easy to download and view motions and movements. Rings on phone as well as on door. Answer it like a call. Quality is good. Bit baggy sometimes but put router closer to the door to compensate for low connectivity. The subscription for the year is well worth it for the cloud storage. Cheaper than other models on the market but it does the job well

Itâs okay for the price but has 2 downsides
For the price I really canât complain. I bought this for my motherâs house to keep an eye out due to me moving out soon and for use of deliveries. The picture is decent during the day and night time. The only 2 downsides would be firstly it takes a while to get into the app to see the camera. If thereâs a knock on the door, the person could have left by time it connects and shows you. It buffers a lot. The second is the subscription, I knew I would have to pay for something as per everything in this world but it doesnât give the option to pay monthly. I donât want to pay to amounts for 6 month or 1 year as I might decide to not use this due to how long it takes to connect and upgrade to something better. If thereâs was a monthly option I could pay see what we need to see and make our minds up so itâs not great not being able to see whoâs been at the door without paying a lump sum.

Good camera doorbell but expensive subscription
Doorbell works but when you follow the instructions to set up and make account and download the app you have to pay £39.99 just to save the footage and customer service said even if you buy 2 you have to do it with both but I have 4 indoor cameras imou and they use exact same app just different name and its cheaper the more cameras you buy and add and its not £39.99 its £1.99 so jut be prepared to spend another £39.99 if buying then they will tell you about a free trial for new customers but only after you have made the account and you need a 2nd app to get the trial but it works great just as a camera doorbell but not for saving footage but if they address the cloud issue this would be 5 stars

This is of course a fraction of the price as the more well known door bells, however, itâs not fantastic. The picture is good during the day but not so great at night. It takes too long to load on my phone app so I canât go on there and see who is at the door before answering! The bell you plug in inside the home is nice and loud though.

WARNING – READ THIS BEFORE PURCHASING: SCAM PN ADVERTS PUSHED VIA APP
This device arrived likely faulty and would not pair with WI-FI (Double checked it was not connected via 5G)This however, turned out to be a bonus, as after downloading app on phone, a page appeared which seemed to be an initial small fee to get the doorbell device working.What it actually was, was a sponsored ad, pushed via the app (they are called Push Notification, PN) of dubious legality, which was not forthcomingly honest that it was a subscription service which you don’t actually want or need, with a small initial charge (these things generally state from £1 to £3) which will then probably also incur a much heavier monthly fee.Luckily, the person who purchased this product and accidentally almost got signed up was saved by her bank blocking the transaction and card.The bank (thank you, NATWEST) explained what they thought was going on, and after double checking, they were correct, it was a page not linked to the app at all, trying to gain access to a monthly subscription from a customer without making clear what they were actually selling.It is likely the doorbell app maker is making 80-100% commissions on the initial charges and ongoing monthly/weekly/whenever charges they are putting through unwitting subscribers bank accounts.This is likely highly illegal.Avoid this product like the plague.The banks have been informed.
