This doorbell camera only works with 2.4G Wi-Fi. You’ll need to have separate networks for 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi. Make sure they have different names, and connect the camera to the 2.4GHz network.
Do I need an SD card for the doorbell camera?
This doorbell camera doesn’t support SD cards. It uses cloud storage.

Ordered and delivered the next day. I installed my camera at the weekend and at 1st you have to charge the camera it said for 10hrs but mine charged very quickly. I installed the bracket the wall plugs broke while being hammered into the hole so I use some better wall plugs that I had and the nails that came with the bracket went straight through the bracket holes so I used some better nails that I had and it held the bracket in place. I connected very easy to my WiFi and when the camera charged I connected it to the bracket and the quality of the picture is brilliant and the span of the road is great. Good value for money.This product also come with a chime doorbell plug that you just plug in and sync to the camera.

A good functional camera door bell. Easy to fit. Camera picture is really clear. The Instructions could be more helpful as thereâs different settings for notifications movement but nothing to say which is better as took me 3 days to stop receiving notifications every 30secs. Biggest downside is you have to pay £35 to show your playback videos and thereâs no other way to view them plus itâs not in the description.

Decent little device
So far so good. Have not yet subscribed but will do eventually. Nice little device. Unsure about the prices of the subs as they dont seem to show in pounds. Bit strange! But ill get to that when i need it.

Good product, poor fittings supplied.
Everything good. Works very well.The screws supplied with the product not great. One went straight through the wall bracket when I was screwing the backing plate too the wall. Wasnât a huge problem, just changed the screws for larger ones. All in all so far, working well.
