Q: What do I have to do immediately after receiving the item?

A: Since the device is tested full function before shipping, you must reset it first.

Press ◄ Left + Menu + Back for 10 seconds. With successful reset, the status LED flashes 3x. Then pair again with TV/s-tick

Q: How to pair successfully？

A1 (with old remote control):

Use your old remote control to navigate new remote controls on TV for settings> Remote controls & Bluetooth devices.

Then press the home button (⌂) 10 seconds until the success report appears.

Note: If no old remote control is available, you can alternatively use a smartphone remote control app for the menu control

A2 (without old remote control):

Separate the TV S-tick power plug for 5s and connect it again. Wait for the automatic coupling request (duration varies depending on the TV model). Do not press prematurely! Only after the request appear the home button (⌂) last 10 seconds until the LED flashes. → The pairing takes place automatically as soon as the TV is ready!

Q: Power supply/volume keys do not react-what to do?

A: Go to settings> Device control> Device management> change TV> TV (this process can take up to 10 minutes).

As soon as the coupling has been successfully completed, the channel control and volume control are available again

Q: Maximum remote control achieved – solution?

A: You can add up to 7 remote controls to your TV. If you’ve reached your limit, you will need to unpair one of them.

Remove the old device: Settings> Remote controls & Bluetooth devices> Select old remote control> Press the menu button> “Select”
