Check keystone module width
After it was decided my office at home would be used as a play room, I needed something to keep the network cables out of reach of little hands. A standard 19″ rack and fittings was overkill, but this fitted the bill nicelyThis patch panel was part of the solution.Unfortunately the keystone connectors I got didn’t quite fit side by side. (They fit securely but were just a little too wide) I didn’t need all ports, so not end of world for me, but might be worth checking if you do need all.

Seems quality but…
The panel itself seems sturdy and I had no issues adding keystone components from multiple vendors to it.However, I bought it for use in the GeeekPi DeskPi RackMate T1 and it doesn’t actually fit. The little lugs which hold the cable tidy tray at the back prevent it from fitting in to the rack. I’ll need to grind 1mm either side of the panel to make it fit in. Not sure if this is a problem with the DIGITUS patch panel or the GeeekPi DeskPi. There’s a few issues with the DeskPi RackMate, so it may well be the tolerances with that are wrong and it’s not the patch panel.

Good half rack patch bay.
Got this with a pack of 10 keystone CAT6 blocks and two other blocks for USB and HDMI. All fitted well. Size compatible with the 10″ systems. Comes with a few cable ties and the 4 screws to mount it.

Great Switch
Having configured a bunch of little Cat6 panels over the past couple of weeks, this thing was a dream compared to most of them.I wish it had little label windows like most others though, then it’d be perfect.

Poor modular connector
Bought 2 different sets of cat 6 keystones including the one recommended by amazon and neither fit

Networking the house is pretty easy.
Good quality product that is sturdy to the touch.Small but good for a small install in the house.Worth getting if you only have a small network.

Nice build quality, nice fit of individual keystones. I have left as 4 stars because the keystone jacks I use do not fit when placing subsequent jacks side-by-side.I use Cable Matters [UL Listed] Cat6 RJ45 Keystone Jack. I will need to find some narrower keystomes to terminate my cat6.No issues with seller. Delivery was as expected, product was well package, etc.
