Great Product Worth Buying with great maneuverability
I bought this product about a week ago, as my desk is a bit small, and I didn’t have much space for my books. This product appealed to me due to its small footprint on the desk. Definitely worth it.The product came in a nicely packaged box, with relatively easy to follow instructions. Being “grommet mounted” to the desk makes it extremely stable. The parts click together, with only a few screws for the VESA mount and mount. I managed to set up the entire thing in about 30 minutes, so not too bad for assembly time. One problem I did notice was the clarity of how the tensioning screw works. I tightened the screw, thinking that it holds the monitor in place, but, after reading the manuals more thoroughly, I found that the screw actually just adjusts the capacity weight for the arm, so it’s easy to move about.When using the arm, it helps with my posture a lot. The product is extremely easy to adjust once you get the tension right, with a substantial amount of maneuverability.So, overall, here are the Pros and ConsPROS-Relatively Fast assembly-Wide range of movement-Easy to tilt-Space saving-Stable-Awesome Cable Management!! Sturdy, Reliable, price worthy
Easy to install, mount the monitor, attach the arm, and swivel your screen to your preferred position. Both the stand and its arm are reliably sturdy and no wobbling, or reduction of the gas spring’s strength has been seen so far. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking to buy a valuable monitor arm. I also use a 27 inch monitor and haven’t observed any issues with it yet. I’m sure it is going to be fine in the long run as well. Another benefit of these monitor arms is that they don’t use a separate hoop to get attached to the base rod and they won’t slip as a result of friction in long-term usage of the bracket.

1 star for false advertising
I don’t normally write reviews – especially for “cheap” things. I never expect too much from things that are obviously mass-manufactured for the lowest cost possible. All I ask is that they perform the bare minimum they advertise for a few years. This arm fails to do that.I bought this arm as I just got a new 32-inch monitor that my current “cheap” £30 arm that I’ve had for a few years is just not quite strong enough to hold the monitor up fully. The weight limit on the old arm is 6.5KG – the monitor is 6KG – it says it’s also only rated up to 27-inch monitors.This Bonatec arm claims to support up to 9KG/34-inches.I only tried the arm for an hour while I was trying to get it to work out – and in that time, the gas-spring arm at least did seem to easily hold the arm up to whatever height I wanted. It totally fell apart though with the tilt adjustment.It’s the same type of adjustment that all these cheaper monitor arms have – you basically tighten it with a nut until it holds in position. No matter how much I wrenched on the nut, the monitor would always tilt forward. I nearly broke my hands trying to tighten it as much as possible (and then when disassembling it to send back).Even if I could have gotten the nut tight enough so that the monitor didn’t start tilting forward, I wouldn’t have been able to adjust the tilt at all, the nut was that tight. I don’t *expect* much in the way of tilt adjustment from a mechanism like this – but considering my original arm that is outside the spec, holds the angle of tilt I set it at and I can even adjust the tilt with relative ease – this Bonatec is just sub-standard.I think if you had a much lighter/smaller monitor then it would work – but if all units are like this, it’s false advertising to say it supports big heavy monitors.

Better than expected!
This is a lot better than I expected it to be, so much so I put a bigger monitor on it than I intended it for.Been using it for a while with no un-intended movement and no issues; will buy again when I inevitably need another 😀

Ich habe mir diese Monitorhalterung von BONTEC für zwei Monitore gekauft: einen KTC 27 Zoll Curved Gaming Monitor und einen KOORUI 24 Zoll Gaming Monitor. Beide wiegen zwischen 3 und 9 kg â also im angegebenen Bereich â und lassen sich problemlos montieren.Montage & Tipp:Die Montage war insgesamt einfach, vor allem dank der gut verständlichen Anleitung. Alles war im Lieferumfang enthalten â inklusive Werkzeug. Allerdings hatte ich bei einem Monitor das Problem, dass die mitgelieferten Schrauben nicht gepasst haben (zu lang oder zu kurz). Ich musste M4-20mm-Schrauben separat kaufen. Beim zweiten Monitor passte wiederum alles auf Anhieb.Ein kleiner Hinweis zur Montage: Wenn man den unteren Arm einmal an die Basis angebracht hat, ist es extrem schwierig, die Kabelabdeckung wieder zu entfernen, da der Inbusschlüssel dann kaum mehr hinkommt. Mein Tipp: Vorher die Kabel durch die Abdeckung ziehen und erst dann den Arm an die Basis befestigen.Funktionalität:Die Halterung ist sehr flexibel. Man kann die Monitore problemlos neigen, drehen und in der Höhe verstellen. Nur das Bewegen nach vorne und hinten braucht etwas mehr Kraft â aber es funktioniert. Ich nutze die Halterung hauptsächlich, um mehr Platz am Schreibtisch zu schaffen, was hervorragend funktioniert.Verarbeitung & Optik:Die Halterung wirkt stabil und gut verarbeitet. Es ist meine erste Monitorhalterung, also fehlt mir der Vergleich â aber sie macht einen robusten Eindruck. Optisch ist sie etwas klobig, was mich persönlich aber nicht stört â Hauptsache funktional.Preis-Leistung:Ich habe rund 28â¯â¬ bezahlt, was ich für eine Monitorhalterung dieser Qualität wirklich fair finde. Trotz kleinerer Schwierigkeiten mit den Schrauben bin ich insgesamt sehr zufrieden.Fazit:Die BONTEC-Halterung hält, was sie verspricht. Wer sich ein bisschen Zeit beim Aufbau nimmt (und evtl. ein paar Schrauben parat hat), bekommt hier ein stabiles, flexibles und günstiges Produkt, das auch zwei Gaming-Monitore locker trägt. Compre dos para el sistema de trabajo de tres monitores y la verdad es que esperaba que al poco de ponerlos en la mesa empezaran a alojarse, y la verdad es que no, se quedan bastante fácilmente en la posición que se quiere y como digo bastante bien fijos, eso sÃ, recomiendo encarecidamente que entre la presilla y las dos partes del la tabla donde lo montes,(es más sà no quieres cargarte tu mesa mejor que hagas esto) que pongas dos “martires” lo primero para que tanto la parte que presiona desde arriba, como el tornillos que aprieta desde abajo, no den directamente en la mesa, y para aumentar la superficie de apollo del brazo, con una tablita o incluso un cartón doblado un par de veces valdrÃa, yo le he puesto las tapas de unas cajas de puritos que usaba para guardar tonterÃas, son como de 3 mm asi que las parti por la mitad para que fuera un poco más grueso, pero vamos cualquier cosa del estilo es la idea.
