Each SPIKECAM camera undergoes rigorous testing before leaving the factory and we offer 2 years of service to alleviate any concerns you may have.
What are the accessories?
Usually, the included back clip is usually sufficient. If you work in security or law enforcement, you may consider accessories such as a chest harness, shoulder clip, car mount or flat alligator clip.
Updated software for this Mini Body Camera. To achieve the highest recording quality, we previously raised the microphone’s gain. Following user feedback, we have now released a firmware version with noise reduction functionality on our official website. Users who require it can easily download and upgrade the software themselves, with guidance provided on the website. If you have any inquiries, please do not hesitate to contact us.
WiFi Body Camera with Easy Video Sharing This bodycam camera with sound allows for WiFi playback and easy video sharing directly from your phone. You can share the evidence immediately with your phone, without the need for a computer. You can also playback your videos in real-time by WiFi on your large mobile phone screen. Stopped working after 5 weeks
It was a relatively effective and simple product to use, but yesterday it just stopped working (I have tried the reset option) and will not record or link with the phone. I am unable to return it. Very unhappy

Ok cam with a very clunky app but easy to access from card on computer
This cam comes with some great accessories , including a 64gb flash card and usb reader. You get a bike mount , mini tripod also.In use the quality is ok, think surveillance rather than movie cam though, the lens is also slightly fish eye giving you good coverage , see my video. The audio is fine save for the fact it picks up mechanism noise which is annoying.The camera is best used without the app. While functional , it often crashes and wonât always let you download media as it crashes out before itâs finished. Itâs pretty clunky but works ok about 75% of the time. This was with an iPhone 14.Downloading video via the SD card through my iPad Pro and reader was perfect though , fast and easy.You can record video straight from the camera , or just audio and there is a motion record setting too.There are long presses to turn on and off and to turn Wi-Fi on and off too. Itâs pretty straight forward.Any more advanced settings are changed from within the app, recording quality , passwords etc.It would make a nice cam to stick in your car as it has loop recording , or for surveillance, but the quality is basic 1080p and the sound is ruined by noise.In short it is ok , but not great.Edit , came back to give it another star as itâs been very realisable and the quality is good for use in a car , plus itâs handy that you donât have to take the card out to read from a computer, the app still isnât great , but you only need it now and then if you want to adjust certain settings.

Solid, basic body camera – easy to use ð
I am pleasantly pleased with how good this camera is: Please note this review does NOT include testing of the app – I didn’t feel the need to use an app to use this camera, so I didn’t bother installing yet another app on my phone.â Good weight and feels solid.â Easy operation – multiple buttons and sliders – NOTE – only activate ONE slider switch at any one timeâ Can record video with audio – manual start or with motion detection, OR just audioâ Can take single still shots – manualâ Comes with a small stubby tripod, wrist lanyard, handlebar mount and a USB-A micro SD card reader and a 64G micro SD card (TF)â Picture quality is good (with date/time stamp) – have not tested night vision, but it does have the IR front leds for night vision.â Looks to be a good wide angle lens – some barrel distortion around the outside of image, but that is expected for this type of lens – but this camera is designed as a body cam, not as a fashion cam.As it can take still images, it would have been nice if it also could have been used for timelapse recording.Negatives: none – for the price point, this is a great functional body cam.Overall, at (£59 June 2023), I would say that is a fair price – it does what it say it should and does it well (even without using the app – which I didn’t feel the need to use or test).An easy 5 âââââ imho, based on quality of the product, images, functionality and price.

Handy camera comes with so card and mounting accessories, let down by video quality
This is quite a good little device the only issue I really have with it is the video quality is a bit low. It is quite compressed looking and not overly sharp.The device itself is pretty neat. It has a belt clip so you can attach it to belt or pocket. The box contains a mini tripod to allow it to be stood on a desk table, shelf or wherever and a clamp for attaching to bike handlebars. The screw fitting I believe is a standard camera fit so should fit most mounts.Surprisingly it also comes with a 64gig sd card which is pretty cool especially if you donât already have one.Using it is pretty basic, the sliding switches for audio, video or motion tracking to start each recording.The motion tracking records 3 minutes every time it tracks a motion and seems to work ok.Video files are recorded in fragmented files each containing d]several minutes of video rather than one long continuous video file which means you need to join them together in editing software which is a bit annoying. Oh it does also come with a usb micro sd adapter which is handy for transferring files, found it easier than connecting the device to my Pc or iPad.So cool versatile little camera boxed with a decent set of accessories and sd card, just let down a bit by the video quality.
