Poor delivery service
This is based on the delivery service rather than the product – Amazon is erratic in the way it delivers – when you specify a day for a more expensive product it delivers before the day you select – which is both annoying & inconvenient. For smaller value products it seems to do the opposite – meaning that this present arrived several days later than anticipated.(The product was loved by the recipient- 5 Stars when eventually received)
