Good… Until it wasn’t, lasted 8 months
Worked perfectly across three USB-C phone sockets and the 3.5mm jack wired headphones. Today it just cut out with a low hum, irrespective of volume of music there is no output after 3-4 times a week usage on a return commute (approx 20 hours per week). Still feels like new – the brading hasn’t loosened and the end covers are still secure, the socket fitment is still good and there is little to no wear signs on any of the materials so it looks durable – it just wasn’t.

Works brilliantly with my new Sony XM6 headphones, unbelievably good price, Sony headphones normally used on Bluetooth wireless connect, but they produce an amazing high-quality audio being connected directly through this adapter to my iPhone 16 Pro .

Works but with glitches
Works but cuts out frequently. Causes music to pause , despite tight fit. Also more annoyingly it acts as though there is a gate of some sort. If a song or podcast has (seriously) 0.1 seconds of silence, or between tracks, it cuts audio so there is a delay between the audio playing and hearing it. Play a song with a fade-out into a song you know starts immediately and you’ll hear it. There’s better out there

Good things come in small packages!
Phone recognises that this is connected to speakers and not headphones so Bixby doesn’t keep thinking the singer is talking to them! Which my previous adapter did. This is perfect. No cracking, fits perfectly and is fully compatible with my phone and my cars RCA lead which I have a RCA to headphone lead connects to. This is exactly what I needed and fits the purpose exactly.
