Great if you need this aspect ratio of 4:3
This is a great little monitor for using with retro computers or consoles which I am. Seems like good quality and the logo doesn’t bother me at all like some other reviews have mentioned. You can always cover if it does. Does what it should and has VGA input as well as HDMI which is great for retro stuff and all at a very reasonable price. I will probably buy a second one.

You get what you pay for – which as far as I’m concerned, is perfect.
Bought over a month ago to fill some spare desk space with a secondary monitor and this was just right. Didn’t have any issues with setup, all the power/interface cables I needed were included in the box, and the monitors been working fine for all my needs with no issues. Only ever-so-minor bugbear is the obnoxious ‘SKitphrati’ logo on the bottom, which I didn’t hesitate to cover with a strip of black tape to remove the distraction.Obviously this is no high-tier, high spec monitor so you probably won’t want to use this as a primary display unless you’re on a strict budget. But the bottom line is to look at the specs which clearly state what you’re getting, and if that’s all you need, this will fit the bill.

Cable wrongly situated
Mains cable is in the way of connecting switches, where these could of been situated on the side of the screen of the monitor

Good cheap monitor
the picture is nice and sharp. there are some downsides which are not very important for me so i still rate it as 5stars. The logo on the front bottom of the monitor bezel looks terrible but nice sticker over it will do the job. the vesa mount is weird (ive read that from different review) – i managed to screw just 2 screws, but again no big deal as the monitor is light and on vesa stand holds fine even with 2 screws

Faulty Item on delivery
I ordered 4 of these items and one is faulty. I have attempted to return but as I am beyond the 30 days the system says I cannot. There must be a warranty on the product which was clearly faulty at time of shipping.I simply want a refund and am happy to return the item. We have had to order an additional unit to allow our operation to run.

I made my own computer with parts I purchased separately. This monitor is a great addition to the computer. I love the tilt design and the screen quality is crisp and clear. Great HDMI port placement for my computer to plug into and it is not in the way. I like the larger monitor size so I can see better. I work from home so there is no need to hide information around the office. I have not seen any glitches or delays from the computer to the screen. It works well and starts up quickly. The description is true to the product received and I really appreciate the quality of the monitor. Great wide angle view so I can move around and still see what I need to do.

I had been using a 30 year old 19″ Viewsonic LCD monitor for my home beer brewing tap list display, and it finally went unalive. As the display is perched atop my tap tower I needed something light, using a 4:3 format – and preferably inexpensive. This 17″ display is perfect for this task: super light, compact base, vivid colors – and uber inexpensive! Score! But…when I unboxed it I noticed it had a glossy protective film, which I removed – to find an even glossier screen surface! It is the glossiest screen I believe I’ve ever encountered, and I expect most people would find it annoying as a desktop monitor as it reflects everything quite well.Fortunately my application really doesn’t mind the glossy screen as one doesn’t spend that much time in front of a tap list :)Cheers!

I have two, side by side, extended desktop, on 5″ high desktop shelfs for eye positioning, for one big 12″T x 40″W (equivalent) monitor – absolutely love ’em..

This monitor is great for working from home! Comes with everything needed to hook up to my laptop. My job requires me to use multiple screens so this has been a lifesaver for that. The display quality is great, the colors are very vibrant in the picture is clear. I am very happy with this purchase.

THIS IS 5:4 ASPECT RATIO, NOT 4:3. THIS LISTING IS SUPER INACCURATE, AND NOW I HAVE TO RETURN THIS MONITOR AND FIND AN ACTUAL 4:3 MONITOR.I attached a screenshot of a video that is definitely 4:3, and you can see that there are black bars on this display. If you google the resolution, you will also find that 1280 X 1024 is 5:4.
