Great light works well even detects movement at bottom of staircase, only niggle is it seems a tad small (diameter) for a normal bayonet bulb. It moves in the light socket but just a little wiggle and it works fine

Died after 2 years
not sure if that’s long or short for a lightbulb – but bought in 2023, died 2025. worked well when working, used an entry way light to switch on when motion detected and off when no one is walking, very useful spot for motion triggered light to negate need to turn on manual switch especially if coming in with groceries or my bicycle and dont have a freehand to turn on the lightswitch. Update 2025 – works again like a charm out of the box, happy with purchase. lets see if I end up updating this review in 2027

Works well, have this with a shade over it (hanging down) near the front door, people walking by outside does not trigger it. No more tripping over the damn cat for me!

Fell apart in 3 days
I have had the same bulb in my hall for >5 years without issue and would have recommended it.I bought a replacement recently when it died but the new bulb fell apart within 3 days.Itâs like the components havenât been glued together and the heat from it being on just popped it apart.Iâve bought another as the first lasted so long – so hopefully this isnât a recurring issue.

Cela fait un mois que j’ai cette ampoule qui est installée dans mon cellier. Très pratique l’ampoule s’allume automatiquement quand elle détecte une présence humaine et que la luminosité est faible. Une ampoule qui marche bien donc et qui me satisfait plainement.

Good for a dark cupboard, but not for a room with windows (e.g. toilet) since the off during daylight sentting is very sensitive and neighter bulb I have will trigger *(even at nigth with orther lights on). Metal casing on one was a little crushed but otherwise build qualioty looks good.
