Lint protection
With my last two mobile phones I have suffered the same problem. Lint and fluff from pockets get stuck in the usb-c socket, and despite cleaning it out, eventually it becomes harder and harder to create a electrical connection to power the phone, requiring frustrating times of balancing charging leads at various angles in the hope to gain some manner of power supply. This become especially difficult in the car when using as a sat nav since on a long journey powering is a must, but it became increasingly difficult to run.I took some advice on this, and one suggestion was to this a mag connector in the usb-c socket. This is a small dongle that fits in the phone USB and lives with it. the cable connects magnetically to it creating a electrical connectioni bought this product because it provided 3 cables (one for home, one for the car, and a spare). First impressions was the product was well made, although the cables could be longer it would suit most applications. The magnetic attraction was surprisingly strong, and the dongle, although proud of the phone was relatively out of the way. In terms of connectivity, the cable attached cleanly with the minimum of fuss, and powered the phone right away, both at home and in the car. One more advantage of this connector is that if the cable is pulled accidentally, it will detach without damaging the power socket and also in a car it is far easier to connect when the phone is screen mountedIn short, I am very hopeful that this is the solution to my lint issues, and also offers a number of advantages. In fact I may get more for my wife

The adaptor fits nice and flush into an S23, without interfering with the case.
These are excellent cables, which will really reduce the wear and tear on the USB C port of my mobile, especially as I need to connect it regularly to my car’s Android Auto system. The magnetic connection is nice and strong, orientating themselves for a really easy process of getting the device on charge. For the Android Auto data connection, the connection is more reliable than it has ever been.I’m having to be ultra picky here, but it’d be good if there was a cable variant that didn’t have an LED at the end, as it is so powerful, it lights up the ceiling in the bedroom when I charge my mobile overnight. A small piece of insulation tape should do for now though and everywhere else, the LED is quite helpful.Nice one

Good solution that would benefit from better implementation
The cables work as advertised, but with time the cables don’t fit the tips, some tips brake.They have lasted me 3 years and the tips are the weak point, I bought another batch hoping for the best, I have to say it is quite handy to have these.

best magnetic cable for use in a car
I know that they’ve since release later generations but honestly, these are my favourite mag cables for stability in my car when using android auto. The concentric circles type would lift sometimes with the motion of the car causing rapid disconnect/reconnects sometimes.

Easy to use and good quality
Got these because the round ones wouldn’t fit in the space on the new S22 Ultra Phone case.They don’t snap into place as easy as the round ones but they’re still much better than inserting and removing the USB-C plug all the time.

It is a good magnetic cable with 1 issue
It would be best on the market as it works well with QE and holds well up to 16watts. easy to connect and I have 25+ cables of gen10The biggest issue with it is that tips getting corroded in high humidity environment. At home it is ok, but if you go e.g. to the sea side for holiday where the humidity is high or spill something on it – it gets rusty and stops working. If manufacturer uses different materials for the contacts, I think it would be perfect.My stats is that ~10% of the tips go bad in a year.

Great items.
I love this type of charger. I have almost all my devices now on magnetic chargers they are quick and easy to fit into your device and once in you don’t have to touch them you just plug in the charging lead and it connects to your device with the magnetic end. It saves the charger ports and the constant messing about trying to get the charger end in and out of the phone/tablet etc. Brilliant.

Ich nutze die Ladekabel mit Magnetstecker von Netdot schon seit Gen 5, sowohl mit MicroUSB als auch USB-C (ab Gen 7).Die Magnetstecker verhindern zuverlässig, dass Dreck in die Ladebuchse kommt (z.B. in der Arbeit oder durch Stoffflusen in der Hosentasche).Die Ladekabel mit ihrer Stoffummantwlung sind stabil, aber trotzdem flexibel genug, so dass sowohl auf dem Roller als auch im Auto das Handy auch ohne hinzuschauen ‘mal eben’ an den Strom angeschlossen werden kann.Ich bin rundum zufrieden.

Questi cavi sono diventati indispensabili per me, troppo comodi! La parte magnetica è abbastanza forte da non far cadere il cavo al minimo movimento, ma anche abbastanza facile da staccare, basta inclinarli verso il basso per non rovinarli. Ormai sono mesi che li uso e concludo confermando Acquisto decisamente consigliato.

Essayé et adopté.Le principe d’utiliser le même câble pour trois types de connecteurs est juste génial.A la maison nous avons entre autre, de l’USB type C, du lightening et du micro USB.La boîte de câbles commençait à être sacrément remplie.Maintenant nous n’utilisons plus que les Netdot.Le branchement magnetique est également très pratique.S’il y avait un côté négatif ça serait en effet que la prise qui se branche dans le téléphone va lui rajouter une petite épaisseur.
