Is touch functionality compatible with iOS, iPadOS and macOS?
Unfortunately, the monitor’s touch feature is unsupported on iOS/iPadOS/macOS due to system compatibility restrictions, but display functions will operate normally when connected via a full-featured Type-C or HDMI interface.
How to connect the monitor?/Can I connect the monitor to my Android phone?

Why can’t the monitor reach 100Hz refresh rate/2560x1440P resolution?
1. Please check the device can output 100Hz/2560x1440P first. 2. If the host has a discrete graphics card, please make sure the monitor is connected to ports of the discrete graphics card. 3. Some gaming devices/hosts need to adjust manually.
Why is there a touch delay during use?
This situation is related to your computer host configuration, when your host configuration is higher, the touch will be more sensitive, and the touch response speed of the monitor is faster.
Why is there no response when writing on the screen with the stylus?
Please check what type of stylus you have, this monitor touch panel is only compatible with capacitive passive stylus, not active stylus.

Finally a monitor that does what it says it does.
Just arrived and I’ve set it up. Looks good so far. Touch screen is working good, screen is really clear, sound is poor but better than nothing.

Sound is very tinny. I didn’t see in the description that you have to run a separate usb cable besides the VGA/HDMI/DP cable from pc to monitor for touch to workEDITMonitor failed after 4 weeks.

“Arrived today it’s a nice sleek design, good picture, resolutions are as advertised but this is not a touchscreen monitor. Please don’t buy this just for that purpose as I did”My Apologies to the seller. I did actually get the touchscreen working by connect a usb c type charger from the monitor to the my desktop. I panicked and gave a 1 star bad review.I now give 5 stars as its everything I had hoped it would be. Responsiveness is exemptional. Picture quality is very good.

A decent 27 inch 2k monitor with touch screen.
Everything works fine – this monitor is a touchscreen with 100Hz and 2K resolution. The model number is Px275h (on Windows), HD-270 (on the box). The bezels are thin, it looks exactly like in the photo. The speakers are a bit weak, as expected for the price. The stand is plastic, but sturdy enough. I wish it had height adjustment, will consider buying an additional Vesa stand for it. If you have multiple touchscreen monitors connected to your PC (eg laptop screen and this monitor), you probably need to calibrate the touch function (assign the touch function to the right screen) – just search for “Calibrate screen for pen or touch input” in the start menu. I’m happy with it.

Touchscreen works great!
Just received my Touchscreen Monitor and attached it to my Raspberry pi 5.Loaded a 2K screen background image and It looks fabulous!I simply had to connected the HDMI and USB cables and it worked first time.Touch screen works a fine. The pi automatically recognised it as a ILITEK-TP touchscreen.Well pleased!

Well packaged. Easy connections. Followed instructions connecting hdmi and usb cables. Touchscreen works great. I would say that the stand mount isn’t rock steady when using touchscreen but I intend to wall mount. Not sure the size of screws required for the Vega mount. Screws I got with my wall bracket were too big.
