The 7artisans 60mm F2.8 Mark II Macro lens is a great option for macro photography, offering impressive sharpness, solid construction, and excellent image quality at an affordable price.Pros:Sharpness â Delivers excellent sharpness at apertures below f/11 and below, making it great for capturing fine details in macro shots.Build Quality â The all-metal construction feels sturdy and durable. Both the focus and aperture rings move smoothly, giving a premium feel. However, the aperture ring lacks clicks, making it easy to accidentally knock when adjusting focus.Image Quality â As a dedicated macro lens, this allows you to capture fine details without the need for excessive cropping. The image quality is impressive, especially considering the price.Fixed 60mm Focal Length â Works well for most macro photography scenarios, providing a good balance between working distance and magnification.Cons:Weight & Balance â Heavier than most APS-C lenses due to the metal build. Good value Macro Lens.
I wanted to get into Macro photography but as this is really my first go at it I didn’t want to spend an absolute fortune on a lens. This one fits the bill and also can be used for taking lovely portraits. Fully manual usage so it really gets you thinking when you use it. Only thing I don’t like is the focus is pretty sensitive and so.etines I miss the odd picture because of it. But overall a great lens.

This lens is a really great way to test out Macro to see if you would be interested in it or not.I really like this lens. It has an all metal construction that feels premium. It is a manual focus only lens, but I feel like that’s fine when you’re dealing with Macro. The pictures look sharp from what I can see. It’s also really small and lightweight, which is a big factor for me.I am able to achieve 1:1 magnification, which is good enough for most things. If I need more, I can always crop in. Overall, I am very happy with this lens. I don’t think you can find another macro lens that is smaller, lighter, and cheaper. It’s so light that I can only a flash with my other hand.It was also really cheap. Amazon doesn’t charge tax delivered to Canada for this lens for some reason.

I’ve been shooting pics for a few years and wanted to try out macro. From my limited experience I believe the lens is very sharp. The 2 dials make it super easy to use and the included bag makes it very portable!

Mit diesem Objektiv zum allergünstigsten Preis fotografiere ich wieder mit viel MuÃe vom Stativ kleine Macrodinge wie Insekten, Blumen etc..Da es sich um ein rein manuelles Objektiv handelt ist es auch für Neuanfänger zum Erlernen und zum Verständnis der Zusammenhänge von Zeit / Blende und Empfindlichkeit empfehlenswert.Die Bauqualität und die optische Qualität sind aufgrund der einfachen Bauweise hervorragend.
