Won’t connect to APP
1. Download the updated “Smart Life” app. 2. Turn on the light strip, and long press the controller button till the light strip blinks rapidly (in pairing mode). 3. Follow the guidance in the app, and add device to the “Smart Life” app.
Won’t connect to WiFi
1. The smart LED strip only supports 2.4GHz network, please split dual-band networks or rename the 2.4GHz SSID. 2. Move the router closer signal. 3. Ensure the WiFi password is correct. 4. Reset the strip or reboot the router, and try it again.
Does it have white light?
No pure white light. This is a RGB led strip, the white light is simulated.
Is it cuttable?
Yes. Please unplug before cutting, and cut at marked scissor icons or copper pads. After cutting, the section of the strip without power will not light up, so plan your cuts carefully.

Great value and easy set up
Loved that these strips work with Google. Great addition to our son’s bedroom, he loves them. The colour options, cycling of colors and controllable dim function are great. An added bonus was that they react to sound so when music is played they become party disco lights. Great productz would buy again.

works well with both Alexa and good assistant, it’s very fast to set up. the remote control is not great as the lights don’t always respond to it immediately. overall good value for the price.

Bought these LEDs to light up a home bar. Good value for money compared to others available. Strip is thin enough to be flexible around corners and so far after 3 months have remained firmly in place. Good WiFi signal is critical when setting up if you want to avail of all features such as linking to Alexa. Excellent brightness

Purchased on the basis of having lepro strip lights under our kitchen wall cupboards and they work great. These though, pale in comparison. White is not really a true white. More of an off white, but I could live with that seeing as they’re for background light in a bedroom. Brightness is ok for my intended purpose, but nowhere near the brightness of an older set of lepro lights I have in my kitchen. But the clincher for me, was the inability to connect them to the WiFi. I even have a standalone 2.4ghz network using a WiFi extender, for such lights and still no joy. So it’ll be remote for now, until I replace and bin this set.

These are brilliant.Great range in colours and really bright.Iâve put these on the back of my TV and everyone comments on how good it looks on the back of the wall round the edge of the TV.Easy to set up and you can set up your own light patterns that can be on when you have guests even if your TV is off.

These are great, the cutting down of this item is so easy so if you want to shorten it thatâs not an issue at all.Itâs very easy to link up to your wifi (not 5g) using the app in just a few simple steps.Once hooked up the the wifi add it to Alexa and then you can turn it on and change colours via the Alexa voice control.Also great as you can set timers for when it goes on and off as well.

you can’t get true white and the LEDs break and go random colours. DON’T BUY
thought they were good, fitted quite nicely and stuck reasonably well. wanted them to put in a display, as soon as I got them I notice that the “”white” light wasn’t really very white, it’s okay till you take photos and then you realise it has a weird blue tint to it that you just can’t get rid of however much you play with the remote control.The brightness is not all that great either, but I could put up with them because of the good price Right up until the point that LEDs started turning random colours, so the whole strip is supposed to be set to “white” but I’ve got yellow in one corner and a strip of purple ones in a very prominent position and it’s all just getting ridiculous.Unfortunately, these random colours started popping up just when I couldn’t return these so I’m stuck with them now. I’m writing this review so you don’t have to get the same.spend more money, by the Switchbot versions, they actually work, they do the colours they are supposed to, they are bright enough and they don’t randomly decide to be a different colour whenever they want to. (I was not paid too say this, those are just the other lights I have that work)
