A mini blessing for postnatal recovery.
My partner had an episiotomy during childbirth. Using these in aftercare really helped reduce swelling and pain quickly. She also used them in the early stages of breastfeeding as they reduced breast engorgement and swelling.Comes with 2 gel packs and 4 fabric holders.The gel packs are well made, flexible, soft, safe and stay cool during use. It recommends freezing for 2 hours but I found they’re cold enough within an hour to be used. Handy when icing regularly.The fabric pockets are a lovely quality. Very soft and gentle on delicate areas. They’re easy to clean (handwash) and dry quickly. Being red was a good idea also as bleeding is common.I’d definitely recommend these for postnatal recovery. Well worth having in advance of a birth.

Greatest invention EVER i had really bad piles after giving birth to my daughter (4th child) along with anusul suppositories and cream treatment these was an absolute god send and brought instant relief! Great item! Deffo worth the money! If comes with little pouches to put over them so they don’t burn or freeze your skin and a little ziplock bag to pop in freezer so it doesn’t mix other things.

Provide relief for a time
I bought these to help illeviate a personal issue down below. They’re a super idea but don’t stay cold for very long. So I’m switching them over almost every hour which isn’t ideal when working a 12.5 hour shift.Otherwise they’re super cute. Love the fact they come with a few different sleeves and a little guide.They would be fine for what they’re intended for if at home. Just not ideal when at work.

Super soothing
Wow wow wow this has made such a difference already and its only arrived today (speedy delivery). I love that it comes with two packs so you can alternate as required while one remains in the fridge; also comes with little fridge bag so itâs kept separate from food smells from the fridge! Also comes with lovely soft comfy cover slips! Thankyou so much I love this product and it will make the rest of my pregnancy much more comfortable!

Limited life span
The packs worked well (although they do not stay cold for long) for 5 months and then the seam of one pack split spilling the beads into the cover. I have had great difficulty in finding a forum to ask for a replacement. Going round in circles on Amazon, their advice does not work.

I actually purchased these to use to wrap around my knee after surgery. I found the normal shaped ice packs too big and awkward. These wrapped around my knee perfectly and even worked well popped inside my knee brace. Then my kids started using them..for neck ache, for headaches and temperatures..all sorts! Such. A good buy I went and purchased another pack! The different covers and storage pack were really useful too. One of the most useful items Iâve ever purchased!

A godsend
A god send to me after an episiotomy forceps delivery. They soothed the sore area and come with special bags so you can put them in the freezer without worrying that you are contaminating anything else. They also come with cotton like covers to prevent the freezing f surface co tacit for your skin directly and causing injuries. These would also be good as general ice packs for sprains and migraines etc.

Expensive but so worth it. The gel pads were comfortable and the cover material has a soft, gentle touch. I ended up buying 2 so I could have 4 pads to rotate as I was using them nonstop for 10 days. The only reason I donât give it 5 stars is that the gel beads quickly deteriorate, becoming almost like a sand. It still works. Though I wonder for how long.

Utilisation pour après l’accouchement c’est vraiment indispensable pour soulager les douleurs. S’adapte bien même si cela parrait rigide au premier abord.Je n’ai pas testé de le faire chauffer encore mais en glace c’est parfait. Convient aussi pour soulager la poitrine.

I had a vestibulectomy and this has been an essential part of my recovery! I have to ice 24/7 so I bought several packs of these. They do take a bit to freeze so Iâd recommending having several on hand to rotate between. They thaw in 30-60 minutes on average. They have done an amazing job relieving pain! They are very moldeable so itâs easy to adjust them for icing such a sensitive area. They are long enough that they were able to ice my full pelvic region when everything hurt immediately post-surgery. You can push the beads to one side of the pack so that it ices one area more than another too. They come with multiple sleeves which ensure comfort (way more comfortable than covering the ice packs in paper towels) and make sure that you donât get frostbite. The sleeves washed up very well on a delicate cycle. Highly recommend!
