Wrong shipping labels
I am unable to print the 4″ x 6″ shipping labels. For some reason they only go to 56 mm width.

Wonât turn after not being used for months!
I have tried getting in touch with the shop owner to ask why I might be having this problem but I have had no luck.So I bought this printer back in may/june and it tried to use it on the day of receiving it and it worked but to very little affect, and it was complicated but it was workingish. I had loads of orders to get through and it wasnât printing the labels out with the quality I needed to since then I have reverted back my normal old A4 printer.Months later I have tried to use it again now I have some breathing space with orders and it will not turn on. I havenât even printed 3 labels worth in the whole time I have had it and it will not even turn on or show as discoverable on Bluetooth networks. So personally would not recommend this if you own a business and want it for efficiency and label making.

Terrible missing drivers! Bin the USB
Iâve been wanting a label printer for a while but anything half decent is usually £150. When I saw the price of this one I couldnât pass it up. Itâs a well packaged and feels quite nice quality. However, Itâs provided with a USB containing drivers but was surprised to find no â2054Nâ drivers anywhere⦠ahhh well these other variants must work in a similar fashion right?Nope, the ones that work suck monkey balls. The first label prints out fine, all labels afterwards slowly shift 2-3mm until it overlaps two labels. Itâs not a big deal for 1-5 labels but anything beyond you start cutting off vital information. To make it worse you canât find 2054N drivers online for Mac. On looking closer the Amazon item describes it as the âD463Bâ and a quick search you find these drivers online. Itâs pretty confusing to give one product two model numbersâ¦Thankfully they work fine but itâs taken me an unnecessary amount of testing and wasting labels to get myself to this point. Iâd recommend vretti bin the USB drives and generically point customers to their website to save the frustration because i was wondering if it was a faulty unit
