Wrong Polarity
As someone else mentioned in the reviews, the battery pack comes with red/black wires reversed when compared to the original battery pack of a Yale Hub!!I removed the contacts from the housing (by pressing its lock mechanism) and swapped them over.I am unaware if the hub unit can accept reverse polarity (or could damage it), but it works with the swapped wires, so all ok.

The polarity of the battery connector is reversed
You will see the polarity of the battery connector is printed on the circuit board – the battery I received had the polarity reversed.
