Cool 4 PI
My PI4 said to me “dude, I’m gonna get hot” just as I was putting him a case. So I got this heatsink & fan collection to help him stay cooler before he got upset. Bowing my head in shame, I had forgotten to purchase some in my haste to get another PI4 before the stocks ran out again.As the PI is not going to be burning cpu cycles continuously, I thought this set would do the trick. Everything you need is supplied, is simple to fit, and the diagram in the listing for the fan orientation makes life a little easier again. After fitting the heatsinks I connected the fan via 5v to run at full speed to see how quiet it really is. Well, I have to say it is indeed quiet. Of course if you are very close you can hear a faint whiring, but that is to be expected.I simulated a load using the `fio` utility and the temperature stayed below 40c, which I’ll take.Overall very pleased with this. Probably not for the overclockers out there, but it suits my needs, might just suit yours too.Update:=======For the hell of it I used emby to software transcode a 1080p HEVC ACC 5.1 video to stream to view via a web browser. Using software transcoding hits the cpu hard, with each core in the high 90’s pretty much the whole time. This is not a usual workload for me. The temperature reported by ‘vcgencmd measure_temp’ hovered around 65ºc. Thought this might be useful to some.

Excellent Cooling Solution for Raspberry Pi 4
I am extremely pleased with its performance. The fan operates almost silently, ensuring that it doesn’t disturb the environment while effectively cooling the Raspberry Pi 4. Installing the fan was a breeze. The package includes all the necessary components, and the fan fits perfectly on the Raspberry Pi 4 without any hassle.The fan supports both 5V and 3.3V, providing flexibility in power options. Perfect for custom designs!
Perfect for a Raspberry Pi project in a custom 3D printed case! Good airflow for such tiny fans. The inclusion of the variety of heat sinks makes getting just the right thermal control easy.

Good value heatsinks and quiet fans
Heatsinks and fan installation is very easy and the performance of these small fans is good enough for the relatively low heat output of the Raspberry Pi 4. I had the fan in my GeeekPi case (same fans here) fail after almost 3 years so I bought this kit to replace it but with how cheap these fans are, the lifespan doesn’t really bother me.

Bit misleading. Itâs not quiet on high power. On low power it is quiet but cooling is less effective of course.

Fantastic Value
I can hardly believe this is two sets for this money. Its almost the cost of the postage. I have a Pi4 and lots of reviews show how hot them get under load and I wanted to keep my Pi in my lost in the networking cabinet so I needed to ensure it wasn’t running too hot, this was perfect. I just gave the second set to a friend.

Ventilateur acheté pour remplacer celui de mon POE HAT Waveshare de Raspberry PI 4 qui faisait un couinement incessant et parfois même sâarrêtait.â¡ï¸ Du point de vue de la taille, le nouveau est en tout point similaire à lâancien (voir photo à gauche lâancien et à droite le nouveau).â¡ï¸ Alimenté en 5V, ce ventilateur est même moins bruyant que lâancien même lorsque celui-ci était neuf. Je pense donc quâil est de meilleure qualité. Cela fait du bien de retrouver du silence !â¡ï¸ Au niveau refroidissement les performances semblent similaires à lâancien, abaissement jusquâà 15°C en moyenne de la température CPU avec le ventilateur.â Il tourne depuis 3 mois 7j/7 et 24h/24 sans aucun problème. Pour moi, pour le moment, il est validé !A voir maintenant ce que cela va donner dans le temps. Je reviendrai modifier mon avis le cas échéant.

Gebruikt voor een vrij drukke PI 3B die regelmatig 80 graden Celsius haalde bij zomers weer. Nu onder de 50 C.Bij de hoge stand had ik problemen in combinatie met de USB SSD (dat kan een connectie probleem zijn geweest, ik heb het niet verder onderzocht), de lage stand voldoet goed en maakt minder lawaai.
