When I connect my monitor to my computer, why does only the lower screen work?
Please make sure you’re installing the monitor driver and then restart your computer.
Why it doesn’t work when I connect the monitor to my computers by the USB-C cable?
1. Please make sure the USB-C port on your laptop is a Thunderbolt 3/4 port or supports display.
2. There are two kinds of USB-C cables, USB-C charging cable and USB-C video cable (the original one). Your own cable may be only a charging cable.
Why can’t I move the mouse to my portable monitor?
This is most likely because the monitor alignment is incorrect, please open the display setting on your computer and arrange the screens as your physical position.
What if my laptop doesn’t have a USB-C or HDMI port?(e.g Surface Pro/ HP Elitebook/old MacBook )

Great quality screen, super lightweight. No phone/portrait mode though.
I have tested this screen for 3 weeks and can honestly say it is a gorgeous screen. It’s superb for travelling if you need a second screen for work, or even as a second gaming/chat screen. It has a lovely matte screen coating which hardly reflects any light, so can be used at any angle without reflections from the sun or bright indoor lights and can be used well outside too. It can be powered from my phone via USB-C, which is great, although I suspect it will drain my phone battery quite quickly! It didn’t like me turning the brightness up past 70% when being powered from my phone, so I suspect my phone has a power out limit which is reached at this point. If you don’t have a beefy phone, this might not work at all, so be aware. It is better to power the screen from the mains when using your phone, as then it charges your phone at the same time. It has in-built speakers which are ok, but no better than my phone speakers really, but the headphone jack is a handy addition as some phones can’t output video and audio at the same time if they use the same connector. The only downside is that you can’t seem to use the screen in portrait mode and have it reflect/project your portrait mode phone screen – so the phone connection can only be used in landscape mode, which is a shame. However, portrait mode works fine when the screen is connected to a computer. Also, the included screen cover won’t hold the screen in portrait mode, so you need a separate stand if you wish to use it in this mode. Note, there is no Vesa mount. All-in-all a great little screen.

Things I loved:* The screen does the job well and the quality of the images is high* It is surprisingly light! Especially without the cover* Super easy to use, basically plug-and-play* Good choice of connectivity channels: Thunderbolt, HDMI, USB* Responsive and helpful customer service* Sturdy and easy to use cover/stand that attaches magnetically to the screen* 2-year warrantyI suggest other buyers to get the right angle adaptors to declutter the desk and easily hide the cables.Things I would improve:* If you need to power-plug the screen (because you connect via USB-A) cables are a bit short in my opinion, but one can always get longer cables (there is a 6-feet option). I have a power bank under my desk so not a big deal.* The magnetic stand allows only a fixed inclination angle, so if you need more flexibility I suggest to buy/get another screen stand. Same story if you want to use the screen in portrait mode.* Sometimes, if I move the screen, the magnetic stand loses the grip but this may be due to the kind of surface of my deskAll in all a great product, I would buy it again. It’s too early to comment on durability, but the 2-year warranty is a good peace of mind.

I am very happy with this screen that I am using when I work remotely or when I am traveling. I use it with a 15 inch laptop and it makes a very good dual screen deck. The quality of the screen is good and the connectivity very easy to use. the screen is light which make it easy to transport.

Excellent monitor at a great price
I ordered the monitor as a 2nd screen when working on my Macbook Air and it is excellent. The delivery was very prompt and the packaging was first class. It arrived in a reassuringly sleek box (like an Apple product) and inside, the monitor was very well packed with foam and card protective layer. It comes with all the cables you will need plus easy to read User Guide. I plugged the monitor into my Mcbook Air and it worked immediately. The quality of the picture is first class. One of the main reason I bought this monitor was to use when I am travelling and it is ideal for that. It is very slim and portable so carrying it in my laptop bag will not dislocate my shoulder.I would wholeheartedly recommend this monitor.

Great little portable monitor. I am exhibiting at a conference and the venue want $250 per day to hire a small monitor. So, this portable monitor has saved me a fortune. It works great, just plugged the USB-C to my macbook. I like how it’s unbranded too, looks much more sleek.

Quality portable monitor
Use this monitor as a second screen when needed for design purposes. Itâs easily portable and can be stored without hassle. The quality is good for the price. Screen quality is good – not 4K but not thatâs not always needed. Connectivity is easy with a USB-C cable/port: no need for another power cable. Had some trouble adjusting a suitable/equal height (for eye level) to my MacBook but have been offered a free monitor stand by Cocopar to combat that problem.Overall, good and inexpensive, portable laptop.

I purchased this screen when my macbook screen was broken. I did read all the reviews and decided that this one sounded good although a little bit more expensive than the others.I was not disappointed. This is a superb screen. Great clarity and colours. very impressed!! It is definitely worth the money! I will now be using this on a daily basis. It is also very easy to set up. It comes with all the leads that you may need. I would 100% recommend buying this. It is well worth it!

Perfect Portable Screen
Very happy with this screen. It is a bit ‘Landscape’ (doesn’t have much height to length ratio), but the rendition is excellent, the quality of build is great, it’s easy to link up, it hardly weighs anything, and comes with an fab padded carrying/storage pouch.There’s also a 2 year free warranty.

I’m one who likes to read reviews and comparisons prior to buying an item. I was impressed with what other reviewers were writing. The monitor was just as I expected. The picture was clear and it came with multiple cords, making it easy to set up. I’m using the screen mostly to flip through documents at meetings, so I’m not sure about watching movies on it. The 15.6 inch screen size is perfect for my 15 inch ASUS ROG tablet. The screen is incredibly light and easy to tote around. This was screen was a great purchase for the price!

As I am still mostly working from home, and I have an existing stand monitor, the primary purpose of getting this portable monitor is to provide additional screen real estate for days where I have to go to the office or cafe with my laptop. Otherwise, it will act as my third screen when wfh. Hence my main criteria are1. compatibility to both my PC and Macbook2. ease of travel, max of one power supply for BOTH my computer and monitorI’ll start with the good stuff first:- delivery was fast, shipped from US to SG within 7 days- great packaging, the box came a little dented but everything else is in perfect condition. the monitor feels well-built and of premium quality- at 650g, it weighs lighter than my laptop which is great for portability. very slim- at 15.6 inches, the screen real estate definitely values add. the image quality is crisp- the magnetic sleeve acts as both protective cover and stand. Does not feel flimsy at all. it is detachable as well- no need to download a software driver, which is great for work laptops. connection to various devices is quite fast. idiot-proof to set up, and the screen is very responsive as well- as my laptop is already hooked up to my stand monitor- the user manual is very clear in instructions, but cos setting up of the monitor is quite intuitive there is not much need to refer to it. NOTE: the user manual is a bit hidden i only found it when it somehow fell out of the box.- brightness is adjustable, i work by the window with natural sunlight and the contents show up well on screenA few unexpected minor drawbacks, but I’m not too fussed about these:- once connected to my laptop, the audio automatically switch to play on the monitor (where volume is significantly softer)- the free screen protector sticker is a nice touch but super challenging to paste without air bubbles. I just live with the transparent bumpsThings to know before you buy:- no built-in battery means that when connected to handheld devices (ie phones/Nintendo switch) would need another cable to power supply- it is not touch screen, which is fine as that is not my main criteria, so when connected to a USB-C phone in DESKTOP mode it is a little inconvenient as the navigation on phone is visually different from what you see on the screen- USB-A to USB-C cannot be used for video transmission, so its just for charging to the main device or power outlet- some USB-C ports in devices like Surface Pro, OnePlus 6 doesn’t support video output. best to check your phones to manage expectation- there is 3 years warranty; to register just email the customer service with Amazon order ID (tho not 100% sure the process will be like for non-US residents)You will need adapters for the following (however if you email the company they will ship to you for free):> old MacBook version with thunderbolt port( mini DisplayPort to HDMI)> any iphone- very prompt email reply by the customer service. bonus free upgraded accessory!Some thoughts:- in general portable monitors are about $100ish more expensive than stand monitors, with smaller screen real estate a tradeoff for its portability. hence was considering to buy either the (i) cheapest model on Amazon (ii) unknown brands from local ecommerce (iii) directly from China Taobao/Aliexpress or (iv) local second-hand. In the end was convinced by the great reviews here and decided to pay a bit more for this one. Highly recommended!

I managed legal depositions and thought this would be a great product to use so I can watch my Zoom and Realtime feed simultaneously. This worked for about two months and now all I get is “NO SIGNAL” on my top monitor. I have changed cables and settings and nothing works. Waste of money.

Updated review – I did return the monitor since it was the last day to get a refund, but customer service reached out to me and replaced it anyway, even with the refund given. They wanted me to have a good experience. They stand by their product and want their customers to be happy. So the new monitor has worked great. I am using it every day. That said, I think one of the cables isn’t working because it wouldn’t find the signal. I was using the USB-c to usb-c display cable (the cables they include are clearly labeled for convenience!) but today I switched the HDMI to HDMI cable that they include and voila, connected again like magic.This monitor has such great reviews and I do read the bad reviews to try to get a more balanced viewpoint…so the first time I used the monitor, my experience was excellent. Second time was today (so twice I have used it in less than 30) and it started flickering on and off, disconnecting and reconnecting, and it did it nonstop. It was completely unusable and made my laptop that it was connected to unusable as well because when it flickers, it glitches whatever I’m doing on my laptop, whether that’s typing or playing audio or reading a pdf file. So it’s not like you can keep working and ignore it because it kept messing up my work. I am still in my return window and it’s going back. So just fyi…I don’t know if all those good reviews just don’t get updated after the screen sputters and flickers or there are just a few bad apples of screens and I got one of them, but it’s a no for me on a replacement considering other folks have experienced the same issue.
