Very pleased with this product after a failed delivery by another supplier of a similar product.Item arrived promptly next day delivery.It was very easy to understand and put together tho a small manual is also supplied.Item clamps securely to my study table and is height and ball adjustable at the top.It is perfect for holding my Pico Genie micro-projector in place to help me work on my art.I can be confident that once I clamp it in place and then go back to it at a later date that the projector will not have moved.Four standard 1/4″ screws and 2 female 1/4″ parts mean that it can be configured in a variety of positions and also hold additional items such as lights, phone holders etc. if they support a 1/4″ screw fit.The general metallic black and copper-effect finish also makes this item look very smart in my art studio.It also takes up a lot less room than a ground or desk standing tripod-type camera/phone/projector support.

I love this Item. I use it to keep my webcam in position, and it does that job perfectly. Well made, and once it’s tightened on a desk, it won’t move around at all. Being able to change the height of the pole is also a great feature to have with the screw ball allowing even more customisation depending on your preferences!!!

Clamp Grips Well, Extendable Pole & Ball Head Are Solid and Lock Well – Very Versatile
The Tarion C Clamp Stand Camera Desk Mount was supplied in a branded cardboard box displaying the name and model number along with a description of the set. Inside the box is a plastic (why not cardboard?) insert housing all of the components making up the set. The actual components are all made of a lightweight metal aluminium alloy which specified in the listing, but comprise 1 x packaging box, 1 x telescopic rod, 1 x 360° panorama ball head, 1 x c-clamp, 2 x spigot adapters – the listing states that there should also be 1 x instruction manual, but none was supplied in the package I received.In use this is excellent, the C Clamp is solid with a good grip afforded by the screw down bolt that also acts as the extendable pole connector, the clamp also has two further ¼” threads for further accessories and a silicone pad that has a ’v’ shape recess if clamping to a circular presentation – I would personally have preferred this to be a little softer and possibly knurled for grip. The pole extends from 33-60cm which is good enough for must purposes around the desk, certainly for lighting and camera activities, and is adjusted using a barrel clamp to unlock/lock when the desired height is achieved. The ball head is smooth in operation and locks down tightly with the silicone surface protecting the mounted accessory, and the spigots – well I haven’t found a use for them just yet but I’m sure their day will come.Overall I am delighted with this set, which gives me a lot of options for lighting and filming and it may just find its way into my large camera bag for outdoor shoots. It is a quality, well made set, solid in use and extremely versatile – I am certain I will find many more uses for it as time goes on.

The screw to connect to the camera is fixed so you must spin the whole stand to connect it.
