Pretty good
I cannot sleep well without a cooling pillow. Previous ones I have used have started to leak at the seams after a while. This one is designed really well in sections so that it can be folded in three sections (great for putting in the fridge to chill) meaning that it is much more robust.The gel is quite hard so it took a bit of getting used to but is ok now. If you put in the fridge it cools you down quite well and I find that if you rotate your pillow 180 degrees during the night you can maximise the cooling effect.It is quite large but does fit within a standard pillow case.Overall pleased with this purchase

Cools my hot feer
I have been suffering from really hot feet which stopped me from sleeping. Just couldnât find a cool spot in bed, constantly moving my legs. I tried putting my feet outside the covers, no joy. Got the pad yesterday and left it in the fridge for a few hours before I went to bed then placed it at the bottom of the bed. Worked like a charm, got off to sleep quickly. Wonderful.Well made and robust. I donât know how long it stayed cold, I was asleep by then. Thoroughly recommend for people with the hot foot problem.

Cannot use after putting in freezer
Just not cold in the hottest weather. Put it in the freezer but it sets ROCK hard and cannot be placed flat in a freezer of food – so hard and VERY bumpy! Absolutely dripping in condensation – soaks the pillow! Maybe it works putting it in the fridge rather than the freezer? However, the condensation problem surely will persist? It feels very “plasticky” and not comfortable at all. SO disappointed in this expensive product.

Great size, good cooling, design could be improved
Nice large size, almost completely covers standard pillow. It’s great to be able to turn over and find that extra cooling when you need it. The gel filling is also more comfortable than previous cooling pillows I have used.However, it is just one huge bag of gel and that causes warmed gel to pool which can become uncomfortable now and then. It needs to be quartered by seams to prevent that happening too much. Stopping the gel pooling will also make it easier to reshape the pillow.

I purchased this to help cool down my skin at night and it really helps. I use it as a pillow or to lie on directly and it helped immensely. It doesn’t warm as fast as other cooling pads and cools down quickly. I have no hesitation in recommending to others.

Cooling Pillow Insert
The cooling pillow insert works well for me and has reduced the heat trapped in my pillow each night. I also use it to rest my arm or leg on if I am feeling hot and it does the trick. It is lovely and soft, not stiff or heavy like other cooling mats. I would buy this again.
