Good description, connects HDMI output from my PC to a monitor that only has Display port. Got caught out previously with another product from another supplier that did not work as described. Would buy again.

Handy cable to help solve an issue.
Used this to solve an issue at work. Easy to install and has decent length on the USB cable so it can reach even if the video output is a little further away than standard. Has been in use for a number of weeks now and has shown no signs of developing any problems.

Needed an active HDMI > DP cable, ended up with this AXFEE thing. Unknown brand, but whatever, it’s only a display cable. Received it, decent length on the USB-connector for power so I could cable manage it nicely. Plugged everything in, worked just fine.Unfortunately, after around a week, it stopped working, so had to return it. Reading other reviews, it seems I’m not the only one with this issue.

First of all, didn’t support 2560x1440p 165Hz, even though it supports 4K60Hz (DP 1.2), bought a USB-C to DP cable and it has the same support 4K60Hz (DP 1.2), and it works as advertised and much better than this cable.Also, after a week, this cable started getting warm, and overheating, at 2560x1440p 120Hz, suddenly the screen stopped working, I got scared and pulled out the USB cable, it seemed to short something in the screen, as it went back to normal again, but after a while it became black and no signal, setting it to 59Hz, brought back the screen again.I do not recommend this product! Stay away!
