Perfect cold wrap
Been using this for a bursa I have on my anchilles, so it requires some shifting around from how it’s supposed to be worn but it’s perfect. Stays cold for long enough and is actually quite comfortable.

Very soothing ice compress
I find the ice pouch very rigid and does not wrap around my ankle. That said, it had reduced the swelling on my fractured ankle. Itâs a good idea to buy the 2 pack as one can be used while the other is in the freezer

Fit nicely as they have velcro fastening. Can be used from freezer for instant relief. If necessary you could wrap in a tea towel first. Or just use from fridge. (So save the bags they are supplied in).

This product is a little expensive for what it is, but based on performance, it works well. Helped me with an injury and offered some relief, it is easy to use, convenient, and I think would work on all sizes of foot/ankle. Looks quite good too!

Die Kühlpads sind gut, Hatte nach einem Sturz ein geschwollenes Auge mit einem starken Bluterguss. Da alles sehr empfindlich war konnte ich nur kleine Pads benutzen, diese waren nach ca 30 Minuten im Kühlschrank so kühl dass ich sie benutzen konnte. Nach 8 Wochen war der Bluterguss und Schwellung auch wieder fast weg.

Bei einer Knöchelverletzung gibt es nichts besseres als diesen Artikel. Absolut der Hammer. Habe nach einer Köchel OP diesen Artikel gefunden.Kein lästiges herum wickeln mit den Cool Packs die immer verrutschen. Dieser Artikel kühlt die Schmerzen und Schwellungen am Knöchel und bleibt auch dort wo man ihn anlegt.
