Great project and great price
Well we ordered the largest as wanted plenty of freezing area. In fact it was so good we ordered two so could quickly rotate with one in freezer ( in a plastic) bag and one in use. Reaches very cold temperature quickly when using âfast freezeâ on freezer. Works wonderfully well on swollen knee joint and also had compression capability. We didnât need to use heat ( microwave option) though did a test with good heat after 50 seconds in a 900 microwaveGreat product for price and very pleased

A game changer
Just had a knee replacement and this is perfect. It stays frozen for about 20 minutes when you have put it on the hot swollen area, which is the maximum amount of time that you should apply frozen packs. I got the large one due to the swelling, and went to bed at night with one on so that I had a head start as the pain was enough, I didnât want to worry about the swelling too.Wish I had got the double pack though, as in the morning I am putting the night time pack into the freezer and it takes 2 hours to freeze so had to use peas which are only balanced on the leg.The Velcro straps are nice and strong too.

On the hole !! pretty good for the legs or shoulders !! … took a bit of time to work the straps ?? as there’s no real instructions as such & how not to break them ( easily done me tinks ) after time used ? … if straps used or tied up wrongly !! ..But @ the end of the day a family sized bag of ftozen peas with a wet towel placed on the area first does exactly or better job….. plus !!! cheaper by far …

Mis dieces. Lo metes una hora en el congelador y luego ya puedes utilizarlo, el velcro perfecto y no quema la piel por muy frÃo que esté , se sujeta bien. VolverÃa a comprarlo. Enhorabuena por el producto. Y lo recibà a tiempo y bien tb.

I bought this because I was only doing a carry-on since you canât bring gel packs, etc. through TSA. However, since I was in a the hotel, I was able to use the ice machine, so that meet my needs of icing my knee on a regular basis, throughout the day. I plan on taking this on a future trip/cruise with me as well.
