Fantastic piece of kit!
I’ve had quite a few hydration packs over the years, having bought my first over 30 years ago in the army – so I’ve seen the development of them over time. My son was on his D of E so I purchased this for him and it went down a treat. Really decent quality, no leaks, the option of different sizes is great (his was the 2 litre version) and he used it constantly on his walks, refilling at the water stops. The adapters are quick release and really easy to use and cleaning is not an issue – providing you prop something inside to keep it opening the air. I’ve actually bought 2 of these now! Would highly recommend.

Nearly perfect!!!
I purchased this drinking bladder as a replacement for a very old Camelbak MULE. It’s exactly like to original bladder but with a removable flexible tube. The 2l bladder fits perfectly including hooking onto the loop inside the Camelbak, I always thought that the original bladder was too big. Excellent value for money, the Camelbak bladders are much more expensive and they have changed the shape anyway so this way really not an option.I haven’t given five stars because first time out I found that I was sucking in air with the drink (very annoying). I eventually tracked this down to where the tap assembly enters the tube, the assembly could be rotated in the tube and air was getting in. I cut half an inch off the tube and refitted the tap which is now a tight fit and has solved the problem.

Valve leaks.
The bladder is perfect as is the valve tap. Only issue is the bite valve, it leaks, so if you forget to turn it off there will be water everywhere, got a camelback one and its now perfect!

First of all take note that the measurements are when it’s filled with water else the 2l version is roughly 3cm wider and 2-3cm longer. The material feels good and the bag got double sealings on the edges. The cap is easy to open and close and feels secure. It got a decently sized silicone ring in the threads and is securely positioned.The hose feels sturdy yet is flexible enough. The connectors seem robust and the locking mechanism sturdy and the release lock requires some decent force and to be all pressed in to release the hose/mouth piece. Once disconnected bladder wont leak water through the connector.The mouth piece is well designed and got a lock valve with on/off switch and a cap to protect from debris and dirt. Getting the water to flow was easy and for me required little teeth pressure and the suck force low and god amount of water flows.Some things to think about. Remember to when filling the bladder with desired amount of water to close the bladder cap while pressing out the air to make it ready from start and have good pressure for good water flow.I will continue to test the bladder but so far and considering the price it is excellent.
