this is a very cute nanny camera

very tiny and compact
Super tiny and easy to tuck away – perfect if you’re after something discreet. Video quality is decent for its size, and setup through the app is smooth and straightforward. Just a heads-up: the battery drains quickly in high-traffic areas, so keeping it plugged into a wall USB is the way to go for continuous use.You can use the cloud service if you want, but thankfully there’s also a microSD option so you’re not forced into a subscription. If you’re using it for security, definitely mount it high or hide it well – it can be screwed into a wall or shelf for a more permanent setup.Ideal for something like a baby room – lets you peek in without having to physically be there. Overall, a great little gadget for peace of mind!

Compact, easy to mount, not so great battery life
This is a very easy to set up camera, but is let down by a very tiny battery. It’s very compact and easy to mount with the included stand and sticky pads or screws. It slides off easily from the mount so that you can recharge it.Connects easily to the app, works only on 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks however, so you’ll want a dual band router or perhaps a standalone access point on this band.Quality is OK, donât expect 4K quality images – slightly grainy but fine considering it’s size and price. Records audio too. It has motion detection which can notify you about, sensitivity can be adjusted alongside dead zones to avoid.. though that particular feature is quite hit and miss and tends to just completely disregard any zones you mark to ignore. It is battery powered, but for such a compact camera, if it’s in quite a busy household or if you have pets, it will run out after a few hours at best, so it may need to be permanently wired via USB either to a power bank (like I have tested with), or to a wall socket.Saves timestamped videos to MicroSD or you can subscribe for cloud storage, both of which can be easily downloaded via the app.If you need something cheap and quick to set up, maybe positioned by your living room window to look out for deliveries, this may come in quite handy!
