Great for the gym or hot weather.
Iâve just started going to the gym, Iâm unfit bit overweight but trying hard. Iâm also suffering with the menopause so this means I sweat a lot. I get very hot while working out but hurrah this towel makes my life so much easier. I wet it with cold water and wring it out a little before placing it round my neck. What a difference it has made. It really calls me down quickly. I think this will be fabulous in hot weather. They donât take much room in my gym bag and will be recommending to family and friends.

They work, that’s important.
Sure, they work on evaporative cooling – and any wet cloth will do.Soak in water, wring out, use strategically.However, these seem to evaporate more evenly and over a longer time than a tea towel!Very easy to take with you out and about, and very easy to use on the go. Less dripping than a normal cloth.Definitely worth treating yourself to if you need a little extra help cooling off.

My sister recommended these to me as i was suffering with hot flushes. Amongst other things including not liking the heat in the summer.So i ordered them straight away. (And then had 4 orders from friends too)!I was sceptical too, but they are amazing! Really do,exactly what they say they do. I put mine in a bowl at 11pm, next to the bed, in case of overheating overnight. Just the job, reach over, grab, wipe on my body & put back. It lasted all night. I put it in a clear bag and take everywhere with me. Even on a very long flight recently. I don’t think there is need to put it in the fridge, as it stays cool for long periods just by following the instructions.Don’t hesitate to buy them, they are sooooo good.Mine had a thread pull in one, it doesn’t effect it’s ability to do what it needs to! I live in a hot area of California. Our weather went to the 120° extreme heat wave this summer and boy oh boy this stuff actually saved my husband from extreme heat exhaustion. He worked for Amazon Delivery for a short while when he lost his IT job. I would wet them and freeze them and keep them in a cooler for him and he said even when he had been using them under the sun and all the heat it would keep him cool from the sun. He wrapped it around his head as well to keep his head from burning. It was like a little summer wet bonnet for him.Tip: keep a cool water ð§ to re-moist the towel to keep the cooling affect going.I also used it for the kids when I’d pick them up from school, including my infant who refuses to wear clothes to this day due the extreme heat we experienced this summerâï¸This stuff is actually necessity, I’d definitely repurchase it again.
