Accurate and Reliable
I need a very accurate Oximeter. Had this one tested against the hospital device, and it proved itself to 100% reliable. Very glad I Made the purchase, it helps protect me when moving about. Well made, excellent value, and easy to use. Definitely five stars from me.

Excellent Monitor
Excellent product. Really easy to use as there is only one button and monitors heart rate and oxygen levels. It beeps if you heart rate elevates/is low (my partner is very fit and it was beeping as his heart rate was 47). It also stays on well as I was checking my heart and oxygen whilst going up and down the stairs. Really useful and compact. To turn it off you just leave it and it goes off by itself. It also comes with batteries which is so useful especially for a medical device

neat little device
i have an irregular heart beat, which recently went too low due to beta blockers-so the doctor advised me to get a monitor to take home readings before the next appointment with her.it came the next day which was great, easy to understand. the batteries enclosed did not work unfortunately, but luckily i had a similar size. However, it does keep giving wildly different readings. i do one finger, then another as it suggests. as these are minutes apart i can’t quite understand why they are so different.when i see the GP next i shall take it, use it in the surgery and see if it corresponds with hers.

Easy to use. Really works!
I bought this Oximeter blood oxygen monitor to keep an eye on levels. My husband has arterial fibrillation his heart rate can go up a lot. This is such a handy device as we know oxygen saturation is very important which is why they always check in hospitals!Simple to use & read if your levels go to 92% or lower you need to get to hospital you will also get an alarm to warn you. This actually happened with my husband & I was able to relay info to doctor. Also I wear a fitbit & had an alert that my oxygen levels were lower than normal. I tested with this device & endorsed this! I can get a bit anaemic & light headed.Invaluable must have item for home use .The heart rate & pulse rate seem to be very accurate too. It’s a definate reccommend from me !

Wanted to leave 5* but…
If I had bought this for myself I’m sure I’d be leaving a 5* review. The unit is small, neat, seems of good build quality and is comfortable on the finger. The read out is clear, easily configurable to left/right handed and informative. When I tested it on myself, it quickly showed my readings, which agreed with my Fitbit (+/- ~2 on heart rate). The HR readings are very dynamic, so do change quite fast. All good (so far)…However, I bought this for my 93 year old mother as her GP had asked her to track her HR. She has arthritis in her hands (so fingers not too straight) and constantly cold hands (poor circulation) and the unit struggled to provide readings. To be fair the instructions, which btw are good, do say warm hands are required. When it did provide readings, they were unreliable, with readings taken moments apart flitting between reasonable and “go to A&E immediately” (literally – there’s a reference chart in the instructions). This wasn’t very confidence inspiring for her, so unfortunately the unit has had to be returned (very easy thanks to Amazon). This is a very mixed review, I know. For me, the unit was very good and I’m guessing would be for most people. However, for my mother’s situation, it just didn’t work well enough.
