I had a similar fan I used constantly but eventually wore it out after yearsThis one is exactly the same but seems to have a more powerful motor I only need it on the first setting most nightsit doesnât keep me awake at all when itâs on looks great in the copper colour &easy to assemble out of the boxItâs solidly built and very high quality too very powerful on top speed 3 perfect for the heatwave weâve just hadreading some of the other reviews put me off a bit but Iâm really glad I chose this model good value for money plus I havenât found any of the negatives that have been mentioned by others and Iâve been using every nigh for the last 6weeks !!Great product

Sturdy, effective, noisy
Itâs a beautiful piece this fan. Heavy and well made. Metal body all over metal grill metal blades. Alas you have to put the thing together and thatâs a bit of a pain. Which is strange as itâs not any smaller in bits than it is assembled. ð¤·ð»ââï¸ The fan itself is effective. It moves a fair amount of air around even at 1 ( it has 3 speeds ) But what I noticed was it was pretty loud. Weâre not talking crazy loud but you will never not know itâs not on.2/3 yeah thatâs when it gets serious! Both in cooling and noise. Iâm not thatâs worried tbh of the noise but if it were a factor it would have went back day 1. Itâs. Quite an appealing object though to have about the room. Like something made in another time. Before plastics. Itâs a got a. Decently long cable for placement. At 35w itâs cheap to run ( about 8£ a month of you had it on max for 24 hours a day every day ) so itâs a mixed bag.Personally I like it. Although Iâd have liked it to have a 4th speed a slower one for less cooling but way less sound. Iâd give it 4/5 but take a star off if you are sensitive to sound from fans.

Dont Buy
Bought this product a year ago. Only used for summer last year for the hot months, work out about only using the fan for 2 months in total. Due to the noise level it was unbearable to sleep with at night, far too noisy. Looks pretty but noisy, even on the first setting. Fan is stored away in a box in my wardrobe. Got the fan out a few weeks, had the fan on for 2 nights. Then all of sudden stopped working. No power to the fan at all. All plugs and fuses have been checked, nothing wrong there. Waist of money, too noisy and now after use for 2 months its stopped working.

It is exceptionally hot at the moment, so I am glad I have a fan now.But this is not the dream fan I was hoping for.- very pretty- too big for a desk (donât fall for the description claiming it is a desk fan, it isnât. Unless the desk is on the other side of the room from you).- noisy. I am running it now, and have the tv on subtitles because all I could hear was the fan.- nice oscillation range- awkward to put together. It came in a huge box, easily big enough to fit in when complete. But it came in 6 pieces. Nothing was difficult, except the REALLY IRRITATING part where the 4 screw holes were in a circle, and the holes in the fan grille were in a slight oval. It took 2 pairs of hands and a magnetic screwdriver to wrassle the grille into place.I think it is a good fan for a medium to large room, sitting on a table 12 feet away, with no music, tv or radio. It is too noisy and powerful for me to use it in the bedroom, and it blows papers about at a distance of 8 feet, so only good in a peperless office where you donât need to listen to phone calls.So today, I love it. But I will probably only use it half a dozen days a year.Oh, and one more thing – there was an untidy looking clear sticker, with a raised edge, over the 1, 2, 3 numbers for the settings. So I started to peel it off like you do with a new phone screen, or something.Problem is, it isnât a protective sticker. The numbers are actually printed on the sticker. They couldnât be botheredprint the numbers, and used a tatty sticker instead.
