Good Camera but Power supply was faulty
I purchased this camera for an event – it arrived on time but it just wouldn’t work – I purchased a replacement power supply locally and spliced the end on it using the one supplied and it worked.. so the power supply was faulty. I couldn’t find the option to ask for a replacement power supply from Amazon as the only option seemed to be to return the whole thing – which is such a waste – perhaps someone will read this and sort me out with a replacement – BTW the camera itself is excellent when working.

Good ptz camera with hdmi output
It seems to move faster than previous models. The base looks rather wide when mounted on the supplied bracket, and it’s a bit wiggly – all support is very local to the fixing screw. When depowered, it’s balance tends to make the lens point upwards, so it might be prone to dust (I might put a bit of blue tack on it as a weight to change this tendency). Through 15m cable to an input of my ATEM mini the signal is unreliable until reduced to 25fps – this might be better through other makes of cable of course. The hand held remote control is not compatible with previous model. Conveniently, camera address is set with the R/C and on-screen menu, not with dip switches.

Amazing PTZ Webcam with really nice features
Iâm really impressed by the quality of this FHD webcam, especially with the help of the 5X optical zoom that works very fast and conveniently. One of my main concerns before using this webcam was regarding the autofocus, as most of the cameras I tried before had a very sluggish autofocus. However, the autofocus feature of this camera works very quickly and impressively well!Another nice feature, in my opinion, is the capability of storing up to 10 pre-set positions, which I found very convenient.The webcam itself is quite robust and presentable. It gives a good impression of reliability, and it moves very precisely, quickly and quietly.Iâm very happy with this webcam and would definitely recommend it.

Quality Kit, Enhances Communication Experience
It may be overkill, but I got this camera for personal video calls with family & friends, & for an upcoming remote medical review coming up in December, & periodically thereafter, following major surgery at a hospital over 100 miles from home. I have no previous experience of webcams, video conferencing cameras, PTZ (pan, tllt & zoom) or anything like that. For remote video calls, my total previous experience amounts to a few Skype & FaceTime sessions. My wife helped out with the setup, as she uses FaceTime every day, & Zoom not infrequently.Nevertheless, I found this Tenveo PTZ Video Conference Camera easy to set up & use. When I connected power & USB cable, recognition under plug & play was automatic. Picture & sound quality are impressively good. PTZ, even with the limitation of only 3 X optical zoom, is useful when I want to show objects, views or people other than me, to the parties on the other end of the video conversation. Remote control is straightforward if I wish to move away from my laptop PC. The camera lacks an inbuilt microphone but has a perfectly adequate in-built speaker.The quality of this camera makes it worth the £199 price. Though that might be a significant price to pay, when I consider its cost up against the cost of my laptop, printer, WiFi router & extenders, & other computer-related capital costs, not to mention the ongoing communication costs of phone & internet services, it is but a small part of the overall costs, but has a strong bearing on the overall quality of the communication experience.I recommend this Tenveo PTZ Video Conference Camera.

Contrast brightness reverse image etc the remote has no battery’s included It takes 2 X AAA pencil batterysIt’s full HD 1080p and gives of a crystal clear image at full zoom it loses some resolution quality but its still good at X3 the motor on the lense is audible while using the zoom feature but it’s not loud just a motorised sound the swivel pan tilt is almost silentIt includes the manual I recommend you browse through so you can get the most out of this cameraIt’s a good quality product and although it may seem expensive for this kind of conference camera kit its actually a well priced kit especially as it includes a metal wall mount for a more perminant fixture its a little bigger than I expected but I like it and I think its impressive by far the best quality image iv had out of any webcam I have tested to dateperfect for offices conferences Skype or a high quality webcam

It has been a few weeks I believe and so far no problems, the camera is sharp and the zoom is amazing, people on the other end can finally see everyone in the room without grainy video. Setting it up was simple I had it running with zoom in maybe twenty thirty minutes at most, and the speaker is another great thing, calls sound natural and the noise cancellation actually works, I thought this was going to be a false advertisement but the noise cancellation feature worked, I have taken calls while my dog was barking in the background and no one on the other end even noticed this and I asked about it and no one could tell me.

No conocÃa esta marca pero después de investigar un poco he descubierto que se dedican a las cámaras de calidad y se nota mucho al ver sus productos, no son unas webcam al uso, es material profesional.Nos llega muy bien protegido en el interior de la caja encontramos la cámara que lo primero que llama la atención es lo bien fabricada que se ve además de una base de buen tamaño para que no tenga problemas al moverse, los materiales son plásticos pero de buena calidad, cuenta con un puerto usb tipo B en claro desuso y dos puertos RS para poder cablear en larga distancia, alimentación de 12 voltios mediante alimentador que nos incluyen, también nos incluyen un cable de señal de tres metros usb B a usb a y como no el mando a distancia para controlar la cámara eso si no incluyen las dos pilas AAA que necesita para funcionar, todo se ve de calidad y buena fabricación. nos incluyen varios accesorios para colocarla en diferentes superficies.En cuanto al funcionamiento solo hay que conectar el cable usb al ordenador y la alimentación se reconocen al instante sin necesidad de ningún tipo de controlador uso zoom, skype y meet como aplicación de video conferencias y ha funcionado a la perfección, con el mando podemos gobernar hasta 3 cámaras al mismo tiempo, no solo la podemos mover a placer también controlamos el zoom que es hasta 3x hay la opción de velocidad alta o baja ya eso a gusto del usuario, pre programar posiciones hay que reconocer que es muy completa, eso si la calidad de imagen máxima es full hd a 24 fps, un poco justa pero claro si queremos mas calidad seria mas cara y no todo el mundo necesita 4k.En cuanto al uso, en mi caso me hubiera gustado que el cable de conexión fuera mas largo, se pueden comprar sin problema, esta muy bien que se pueda comunicar vÃa Rs con un cable utp pero eso implica mas complicación de uso y que necesitas una mesa de control, un cable usb de 10 metros seria una solución mas que buena, no es demasiado ruidosa cuando se mueve por lo que no interfiere en lo que este sucediendo, con el mando es sencillo manejarla pero hecho de menos que no tenga una aplicación propia que permita manejarla desde el mismo ordenador, no creo que esto suponga una subida demasiado grande de precio y harÃa mas útil la cámara además de despreocuparnos de si se estropea el mando.La calidad de la imagen es buena de hecho muy buena se nota que usa una óptica de verdad nada de plásticos de baja calidad, los colores son iguales a lo que estas viendo y el zoom es muy bueno me ha sorprendido para bien.Resumiendo una buena cámara de buena calidad que te va ha permitir unas video conferencias a otro nivel, lo del zoom real llama mucho la atención a mis interlocutores y que tenga conexión Rs la eleva al mundo profesional, sin duda una excelente cámara que estaba a 200 euros cuando la cogi un precio muy bueno en mi opinión, eso si le falta algún detalle como una aplicación propia de ordenador pero entonces supongo que seria mas cara.

Presentación normal, caja con protección interna para mantener la cámara a salvo. También incluye el cable de alimentación, cable USB para conectarlo al ordenador y una base, con sus tornillos, para anclarlo al techo.Yo no la anclo al techo, pero sà le acoplo la base enroscada para deslizar la cámara sin levantarla. Lo mejor serÃa que la anclaras al techo o le pongas un altillo porque está cámara funciona mejor desde arriba.El mando es sencillo de usar, lo que más me gusta es que puedes guardar 9 posiciones especificas y luego con el mando elegir la que quieras; es muy fácil de configurar y renta mucho esta función si tienes la cámara fija en un sitio. Por otro lado, la cámara también te sirve para configurar varias de este modelo, si tuvieras más.Función autoenfoque me gusta, aunque es mejorable, no tiene detección de caras por lo que más de una vez ha enfocado cajas del fondo en vez de a mÃ. La función de enfoque manual está mal explicada, no te dice con qué ajustar manualmente y al usarla me ha dado mal resultado.Es importante destacar que no graba sonido porque no tiene micro, algo que me desagrada, pero considerando que está diseñada para estar anclada al techo, tiene sentido.La cámara también incluye puertos para rs 232 y rs 485, que son para conectar el cable a un modem, no es algo que a mi me aporte nada, pero si eres más técnico, sÃ. También se le puede configurar los protocolos de llamada para cuando gestiones varias cámaras a la vez, eso me parece su mejor virtud si puedes aprovecharla (o sea, si llevas muchas salas de conferencia).La calidad de la imagen es:⢠Cámara: 2,1MP 16:9 (1920×1080)⢠VÃdeo: 1080p 16:9 30fpsEs normalito, por este precio esperaba 60 fps.Dejo un vÃdeo mostrando cómo queda. Tiene buena estabilización de imagen, la giro en mitad de la grabación y la calidad se mantiene. Su problema viene con el zoom, cómo no reconoce las caras, al aplicar zoom decide centrar el enfoque en el reloj que tengo detrás.Las fotos que hace son mejorables.CONCLUSIÃNEs un producto pensado para el ámbito profesional, donde más rendimiento le sacas es al gestionar varias cámaras. Las calidades son medias, y las funciones de posición y estabilización de imagen son un extra muy bueno, aunque su mediocre enfoque deja mucho que desear. Si eres un particular o streamer, no es para ti, no le sacarás partido.
