User friendly
Works well as long as staircase is wide enough to allow access to base of ladder before climbing. Comes in several parts but no instructions although common sense prevails except extension parts must be fitted in the correct order for holes to line up

Saved us having to hire a specialist ladder
This item is heavy which shows the quality of it. It was easy to put together and adjust to the height required. It fitted perfectly on the stairs and I felt safe with the ladder on top of the platform.So glad we bought this instead of hiring a stair ladder as I’ll be able to use it again and it’s already paid for itself.
